● 匈牙利駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館舉辦國慶招待會

3月22日，匈牙利駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館在渝舉辦“匈牙利1848—1849年革命及獨立戰(zhàn)爭171周年國慶招待會”，重慶市副市長李殿勛出席。

李殿勛說，2019年是中匈建交70周年，中匈兩國友誼深厚。他表示，期待今年匈牙利作為第二屆西洽會主賓國的精彩亮相。希望雙方在“一帶一路”建設(shè)和中國—中東歐“16+1”合作框架下緊密合作，鞏固擴大既有成果，拓展深化在高層互訪、交通物流、國際會展、科技教育、文化旅游等領(lǐng)域的互利合作，實現(xiàn)共同發(fā)展，創(chuàng)造美好未來。

匈牙利駐重慶總領(lǐng)事羅瀾表示，匈牙利是第一個同中國簽署“一帶一路”合作文件的歐洲國家，與匈牙利政府的向東開放政策高度契合。今年適逢匈中建交70周年，匈牙利作為今年西洽會的主賓國，將組織國家高層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和商務(wù)、藝術(shù)代表團(tuán)來渝，期待匈牙利與重慶深化多領(lǐng)域的合作。

重慶市、四川省、陜西省、云南省、甘肅省、貴州省相關(guān)職能部門、企業(yè)、高校、媒體，以及各國駐渝領(lǐng)事機構(gòu)代表約400人參加招待會。

● 李謙會見日本駐重慶總領(lǐng)事小松道彥

3月15日，日本駐重慶總領(lǐng)事小松道彥對市政府外辦進(jìn)行離任拜會，市政府外辦主任李謙會見了小松道彥一行。

李謙說，小松道彥在渝期間的工作成績有目共睹，重慶與日本合作領(lǐng)域進(jìn)一步拓寬，合作方向和路徑更加明晰，合作水平顯著提升。他希望小松道彥回國后繼續(xù)關(guān)心重慶的發(fā)展，為推動中日友好、推動重慶與日本各領(lǐng)域的合作發(fā)揮作用。

小松道彥表示，擔(dān)任日本駐重慶總領(lǐng)事期間工作充實、收獲很大。任期以來，日本駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館和重慶市政府外辦攜手合作，共同促進(jìn)了日本和重慶在經(jīng)貿(mào)、旅游、青少年交流、教育等領(lǐng)域的合作。他祝重慶及西南地區(qū)取得更大的發(fā)展，愿日中世代友好，可愛的重慶人生活幸福。

● 菲律賓駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館舉辦成立10周年慶?；顒?/h2>

3月14日，菲律賓駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館成立10周年慶?；顒釉趪┧囆g(shù)中心舉行。

市政府外辦主任李謙在致辭中表示，菲律賓駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館開館以來，與重慶各界共同架起了一座友誼之橋、合作之橋。特別是在經(jīng)貿(mào)、文化、旅游等方面交流合作成效顯著。未來重慶愿與菲律賓駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館并肩，共商、共建、共享“一帶一路”框架下的國際陸海貿(mào)易新通道建設(shè)，共同打造雙方合作新增長點。

菲律賓駐重慶總領(lǐng)事睿克山說，菲律賓駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館見證了兩國友誼不斷加深。希望菲中關(guān)系在未來幾年內(nèi)達(dá)到新高度，領(lǐng)事館與重慶市政府之間的合作繼續(xù)創(chuàng)造更積極的成果。

● 王雯與重點“走出去”企業(yè)舉行座談會

3月19日，市政府外辦召集重慶市20余家重點“走出去”企業(yè)召開工作座談會，深入了解企業(yè)在境外項目及招商引資中遇到的實際問題，指導(dǎo)企業(yè)梳理排查安全風(fēng)險并進(jìn)行防范化解。市政府外辦副主任王雯主持會議，市公安局、市商務(wù)委、市政府口岸物流辦、市中新項目管理局等相關(guān)部門負(fù)責(zé)人出席座談會。

王雯充分肯定了“走出去”企業(yè)在積極融入“一帶一路”建設(shè)，以及全方位參與國際合作、履行社會責(zé)任上所作的努力和取得的成果，建議與會部門發(fā)揮服務(wù)企業(yè)的工作合力，為企業(yè)“走出去”提供更多政策咨詢和指導(dǎo)培訓(xùn)，為“走出去”企業(yè)在海外發(fā)展保駕護(hù)航。

會上，各企業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)人針對企業(yè)在海外發(fā)展面臨的投資環(huán)境、法律政策、社會治安等各方面問題與市政府外辦相關(guān)部門積極交流，并開展“現(xiàn)場辦公”。

● 張婭茜與重慶海外聯(lián)誼會—在渝港澳企業(yè)家分會舉行工作座談

3月20日，市政府港澳辦副主任張婭茜在市外事大樓與重慶海外聯(lián)誼會—在渝港澳企業(yè)家分會會長林曉哲一行舉行工作座談，雙方就2019年工作思路、重點合作項目、扶貧幫扶工作等進(jìn)行了深入交流。

張婭茜表示，市政府港澳辦將發(fā)揮好橋梁作用，加深渝港澳三地在人文、經(jīng)貿(mào)、文化等領(lǐng)域的合作，進(jìn)一步推動我市區(qū)縣與港澳地區(qū)的深入合作。林曉哲表示，將與市政府港澳辦積極合作，為推動渝港澳地區(qū)的合作交流作出更大貢獻(xiàn)。

● 馬勇率隊赴重慶師范大學(xué)、沙坪壩區(qū)、潼南區(qū)、永川區(qū)調(diào)研

3月19日至20日，市政府外辦副巡視員馬勇率隊，赴重慶師范大學(xué)、沙坪壩區(qū)、潼南區(qū)、永川區(qū)深入了解外事工作開展情況，推動外事工作更好服務(wù)區(qū)縣經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展和高校對外交流合作。

調(diào)研組認(rèn)真聽取了各區(qū)縣、高校外事工作情況匯報，詳細(xì)了解了各區(qū)縣貫徹落實市委外事委第一次會議精神和市委有關(guān)文件精神情況，了解各地對外事資源和外事信息的需求及對外事工作的意見建議。

馬勇表示，市政府外辦將進(jìn)一步加強對全市外事工作的統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)，搭建市區(qū)兩級外事機構(gòu)溝通交流與信息共享的橋梁，充分利用領(lǐng)事、友城、國際活動等資源和平臺，全力支持地方經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展和高校對外交往，以大外事服務(wù)大開放推動大發(fā)展。

Consulate General of Hungary in Chongqing Hosted National Day Reception

On March 22nd, 2019, Consulate General of Hungary in Chongqing hosted the national reception for the 171st Anniversary of the 1848-1849 Revolution and the War of Independence of Hungary in Chongqing. Li Dianxun, Vice Mayor of Chongqing,attended the event.

Li Dianxun said that the year 2019 marks the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Hungary, which have developed deep friendship. He also said that he is looking forward to the wonderful appearance of Hungary as the guest country of the 2nd Western China International Fair for Investment and Trade (WCIFIT). The two sides are expected to work closely together under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative and China-CEEC “16+1” Cooperation, build upon existing achievements, and deepen mutually beneficial cooperation in highlevel visits, transportation and logistics, international exhibitions,technology education, cultural tourism, for common development and a bright future.

Mr. Dióssi Lóránd, Consul General of Hungary in Chongqing,addressed that Hungary is the first European country to sign BRI agreements with China, and it is highly compatible with the Hungarian government’s policy of opening up to the east. This year coincides with the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries. As the guest country of the 2nd WCIFIT, Hungary will organize high-level national leaders and business and art delegations to visit Chongqing, and is looking forward to deepening multi-field cooperation with Chongqing

About 400 attendees include the representatives of functional departments enterprises, universities, media, from such provinces as Chongqing, Sichuan, Shaanxi, Yunnan, Gansu, and Guizhou, as well as of Consulate General of various countries in Chongqing.

Li Qian, Met with Michihiko Komatsu, Consul General of Japan in Chongqing

On March 15, 2019, Michihiko Komatsu, Consul General of Japan in Chongqing, paid a farewell call to the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People’s Government. Li Qian,Director of the Foreign Affairs Office, met with Michihiko Komatsu and his delegation.

Li Qian said that the performance of Michihiko Komatsu is obvious to all, as seen in broadened cooperation Chongqing and Japan, clear direction and path, and higher level of cooperation. He hopes that after returning to Japan, Michihiko Komatsu will continue to pay attention to the development of Chongqing and play an important role in promoting Sino-Japanese friendship and mutual cooperation in various fields.

Komatsu said that he worked hard and learned a lot from his experience as Consul General of Japan in Chongqing. Since he held office, Consulate General of Japan in Chongqing and the Foreign Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal People’s Government have cooperated with each other to promote mutual cooperation in such fields as economy, trade, tourism, youth exchanges and education. Komatsu hopes that Chongqing and the southwest region will achieve greater development,that Japanese the and Chinese people will develop enduring friendships and that lovely Chongqing people will lead a happy life.

Philippine Consulate General in Chongqing Celebrated Its 10th Anniversary

On March 14, the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the Philippine Consulate General in Chongqing was held at the Guotai Arts Center.

Li Qian addressed that since the establishment of the Philippine Consulate General in Chongqing, a bridge of friendship and cooperation has been built between Philippines and communities in Chongqing. In particular, the both sides have achieved remarkable results in exchanges and cooperation,covering trade, culture, tourism and other aspects. In the future,Chongqing stands ready to work side by side with the Philippine Consulate General in Chongqing. Following the principle of consultation and cooperation for shared benefits, Chongqing will contribute to the development of New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor under the framework of the the Belt and Road Initiative to nurture new growth areas for mutual cooperation.

Relacion, Consul General of the Philippines in Chongqing,noted that the Philippine Consulate General in Chongqing has witnessed the deepening of bilateral friendship. He hopes that their relationship will reach a new high in the next few years, and their cooperation will continue to generate more positive outcomes.

Wang Wen Held a Forum with Key “Going Global” Enterprises

On March 19th, the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People’s Government held a forum with more than 20 key “going global”Chongqing-based enterprises in order to have an in-depth understanding of problems encountered by enterprises in their overseas projects and investment promotion, and thus guide them to identify security risks for their prevention and resolution in the future. Wang Wen, Deputy Director of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People’s Government,presided over the meeting. Many heads attended the meeting, including those of the Chongqing Municipal Public Security Bureau, Chongqing Municipal Commercial Committee, Port Logistics Office of Chongqing Municipal People’s Government, the Management Bureau of China-Singapore(Chongqing)Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity .

Wang Wen gave full recognition to the efforts of the “going global”enterprises in terms of integrating into the Belt and Road Initiative, participating in international cooperation in an all-round manner and fulfilling social responsibilities. She suggested that the participating departments should work together to serve the enterprises, provides more policy consultation and guidance training to pave the way for their overseas development.

At the meeting, heads of various enterprises actively communicates with the relevant departments of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People’s Government’s on investment environment, legal policies, social security and other aspects related to the companies’ overseas development,and conducted “on-site working”.

Zhang Yaxi Met with the President of Hong Kong & Macau Entrepreneur Branch Chongqing Overseas Association

On March 20th, Zhang Yaxi, Deputy Director of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People’s Government, held a working meeting with the Lin Xiaozhe, president of the Hong Kong & Macau Entrepreneur Branch Chongqing Overseas Association in the Municipal Foreign Affairs Building. The two sides has conducted in-depth exchanges on 2019 work ideas,key cooperation projects, and poverty alleviation.

Zhang Yaxi said that the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office will act as a bridge to deepen cooperation in such fields as humanities, economy,trade and culture for deeper cooperation between counties and districts of Chongqing and Hong Kong& Macao regions. Lin Xiaozhe said that he will actively cooperate with the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People’s Government for increased cooperation and exchanges between the Chongqing and Hong Kong& Macao regions.

Ma Yong Conducted a Research in Chongqing Normal University, Shapingba District, Tongnan District and Yongchuan District with His Team

From March 19th to 20th, Ma Yong, deputy inspector of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People’s Government,led a team to Chongqing Normal University, Shapingba District,Tongnan District and Yongchuan District. They aim to know more about the work of foreign affairs and thus to ensure that the work of foreign affairs contributes to increased economic and social development in counties and districts of Chongqing and to closer exchanges and cooperation with universities.

The research team listened to the report on the work of foreign affairs in all districts, counties and universities, and grasped detail information on the implementation of the spirit and document of the 1st meeting of the Foreign Affairs Committee of Chongqing Municipal Government, and got to know the need for foreign affairs resources and information as well as suggestions.

Ma Yong said that the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People’s Government will further strengthen the overall coordination on foreign affairs, build a bridges for communication and information sharing between two levels of foreign affairs agencies, and make full use of resources and platforms, such as Consulate General, sister city and international activities. The government will give full support to local economic and social development and foreign exchanges of universities so as to promote great development via wide opening up and diversified foreign affairs service.

Participants also include personnel from the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People’s Government, Department of Foreign Affair Management, Consulate, Protocol Department, and the Secretariat of the Foreign Affair Office of Chongqing Municipal Party Committee.
