◎文體概述

求職信或申請(qǐng)信屬于公務(wù)信函，格式和用法比較規(guī)范。信的內(nèi)容大體上分為三部分：

1.開(kāi)篇點(diǎn)題，交代消息來(lái)源并且說(shuō)明寫信的目的。

2.介紹自己，重點(diǎn)放在與所申請(qǐng)的工作相關(guān)的知識(shí)技能的介紹上，要詳略得當(dāng)。

3.表達(dá)感激之情和期盼對(duì)方早日回復(fù)。

寫作時(shí)要注意以下幾點(diǎn)：

1.寫信的目的要直截了當(dāng)?shù)卦谛诺拈_(kāi)頭提出。

2.自我介紹部分主要介紹自己的學(xué)歷、工作經(jīng)歷、解決問(wèn)題的能力等。在行文、用詞上要表現(xiàn)出自信、懇切的態(tài)度，語(yǔ)言簡(jiǎn)明扼要，突出介紹自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)、與眾不同的特長(zhǎng)或有利條件。還要緊扣用人單位的需求，巧用詞語(yǔ)，有力地說(shuō)服對(duì)方。

3.最后寫明聯(lián)系方式，還可以主動(dòng)提出接受面試或考核等。

4.求職信主要用第一人稱，時(shí)態(tài)多為一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)。

具體來(lái)說(shuō)，求職信一般可分為七個(gè)部分：①自我介紹；②表達(dá)看到相關(guān)廣告后的感受；③應(yīng)聘職位及應(yīng)聘條件；④本人優(yōu)勢(shì)；⑤表達(dá)決心；⑥你的聯(lián)系方式；⑦表達(dá)感激。參考模式如下：
