打造新一代的研發(fā)中心項(xiàng)目，激勵(lì)創(chuàng)新

由B+H領(lǐng)銜原創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)的上汽通用&泛亞汽車(chē)技術(shù)中心金橋園區(qū)是新一代汽車(chē)研發(fā)園區(qū)的典范。建成后的園區(qū)既是當(dāng)代汽車(chē)工業(yè)新趨勢(shì)的形象展示地，亦是一個(gè)創(chuàng)新孵化基地。我們的愿景是希望打造一個(gè)培育、激發(fā)靈感的辦公園區(qū)：擁有靈活、優(yōu)化的組織動(dòng)線(xiàn)，激發(fā)員工的協(xié)同創(chuàng)造力，并提高生產(chǎn)效率。

總體規(guī)劃

園區(qū)位于浦東新區(qū)金橋巨峰路以北，申江路與外環(huán)高架之間。園區(qū)包括一座可以容納4800人的綜合辦公樓，一個(gè)前瞻設(shè)計(jì)中心，凱迪拉克品牌展示中心，員工餐廳，風(fēng)洞實(shí)驗(yàn)室以及其他輔助設(shè)施。

園區(qū)規(guī)劃是根據(jù)各功能建筑對(duì)安全等級(jí)的不同要求來(lái)劃分的。南區(qū)靠近園區(qū)入口，放置低隱秘度的綜合辦公樓、凱迪拉克品牌展示中心；北區(qū)我們安排了中等安全等級(jí)、人員密度小的建筑，而安全等級(jí)高的前瞻設(shè)計(jì)中心等則分布在北區(qū)和南區(qū)中間地帶。

單體建筑概念設(shè)計(jì)

我們的設(shè)計(jì)體現(xiàn)了通用汽車(chē)“引領(lǐng)出行領(lǐng)域科技創(chuàng)新“的愿景，單體建筑力求展現(xiàn)和通用汽車(chē)產(chǎn)品風(fēng)格保持一致：優(yōu)雅、節(jié)制、流線(xiàn)型。

長(zhǎng)方型的綜合辦公大樓是園區(qū)的標(biāo)志性建筑，與周邊環(huán)境有機(jī)地融為一體。大樓簡(jiǎn)潔、方正的體塊感體現(xiàn)人類(lèi)的理性和智慧的力量。整個(gè)建筑輕盈流暢，設(shè)計(jì)上強(qiáng)調(diào)通透性，確保內(nèi)部辦公區(qū)域有充足的自然光線(xiàn)和宜人的室內(nèi)景觀(guān)。辦公大樓朝向園區(qū)入口，以敞開(kāi)的姿態(tài)歡迎來(lái)訪(fǎng)的賓客。

項(xiàng)目選擇的建筑材料也如通用的汽車(chē)產(chǎn)品一般經(jīng)典、耐用：玻璃、鋁板、石材。辦公樓銀色的立面和其北面的設(shè)計(jì)中心黑色石材立面形成強(qiáng)烈對(duì)比。

員工餐廳享有良好的沿河景觀(guān)，通過(guò)連廊與辦公大樓和設(shè)計(jì)中心相聯(lián)通，方便人們?cè)趫@區(qū)內(nèi)不同建筑之間的走動(dòng)。餐廳、辦公大樓和設(shè)計(jì)中心之間的綠地,則是員工午餐后散步和小坐的理想去處。

Creating a next generation R&D campus that promotes innovation

Collaborating with Tongji Architectural Design Group, B+H designed the Shanghai General Motors& PATAC Jinqiaoproject as a next generation R&D campus that showcases the latest trends in the automotive industry and promotes innovation. Our vision lies in creating an educational and inspirationalworking environment with optimal circulation flow that creates synergies, sparks creativityand increases efficiency.

Mater Planning

Located to the north of Jufeng Road, between Shenjiang Rd and Outer Ring Elevated Road in Jinqiao area, Pudong New District, the campus consists of an office building that accommodates4800 staff, a design center, a Cadillac showroom, a staff canteen,an aero wind tunnel lab and other supporting facilities.The zoning of the campus is based on the security level of individual buildings: low security buildings like the office building, Cadillac showroom are placed near the entrance in the south zone while the high security ones, such as the design center,are nestled in between and medium security + low density buildings at the back of the campus in the north zone.

Concept Architecture Design

Our design mirrors GM’s aspiration to “push the limits of transportation and technology”, with individual buildings exhibiting the same elegance as the company’s vehicle products, which feature well balanced, streamlined, elegant exteriors.

As the iconic feature of the campus, the rectangular office building blends harmoniously with the context of the surroundings. The mass of the building symbolizes the power of human intelligence and engineering. The design is characterized by its limpidness and visual permeability, to ensure a wealth of natural light throughout the office area. This provides a perfect setting for interior landscape and opens up the building towards the entrance as a sign of welcome.

Building materials, which are as classic and durable as GM’scar products, include glazing, stone cladding and aluminum mullions. The silver facades of the office building contrast with the dark-clad design center, which is located at the north of the building.

Facing a river running through the campus, the staff canteen building is connected to the office building and the design center through a covered corridor/walkway that accommodatesthe movement of people. The outdoor green spaces and courtyard enclosedby the three buildings encourage interactions among the community, while transparent materials provide the staff a spectacular view.
