騰訊，作為中國(guó)最大的智能通訊APP微信的持有者，在中國(guó)是一個(gè)家喻戶曉的品牌。近年來(lái)，他們的業(yè)務(wù)逐步擴(kuò)大到游戲、人工智能、娛樂(lè)等多個(gè)板塊，已成為亞洲市值最高的公司。騰訊身處高度創(chuàng)新的行業(yè)，行業(yè)中優(yōu)秀人才的特質(zhì)是年輕、活力、聰穎。客戶希望他們的新辦公空間能夠展示企業(yè)的國(guó)際影響力，體現(xiàn)團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作的工作環(huán)境并激勵(lì)員工，從而促進(jìn)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展。

騰訊全球新總部-深圳濱海大廈（雙子塔樓分別有50層和39層高）目前容納12000名員工辦公，是深圳一處新地標(biāo)。B+H作為濱海大廈的室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)方，和業(yè)主以及建筑師緊密合作，共同將垂直社區(qū)的概念融入整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)中，以充分體現(xiàn)騰訊獨(dú)有的社群文化。垂直社區(qū)為員工提供了各類工作和休閑設(shè)施，讓人不禁回想起大學(xué)校園的場(chǎng)景。騰訊的大部分員工為年輕的千禧一代，現(xiàn)代化又符合人體工學(xué)的大樓—既是生活空間，也是社交場(chǎng)所，如此多元活力的辦公環(huán)境符合他們的生活和社交方式。設(shè)計(jì)亮點(diǎn)還包括3個(gè)連接兩座塔樓的“天橋”（連接層），每個(gè)連接層都有特定的主題，這些公共空間是兩座塔樓的員工進(jìn)行社交、互動(dòng)的主要場(chǎng)所，更是培養(yǎng)協(xié)作精神，碰撞火花和靈感的地方。

健康鏈

21-25層的中層連接層的設(shè)計(jì)主要以健康為主題，包括體育、社交、醫(yī)療和會(huì)議等設(shè)施，保證人們?cè)隗w育鍛煉的同時(shí)，亦可以進(jìn)行社交活動(dòng)，促進(jìn)員工的身心健康。健康鏈的中庭采用峭壁式設(shè)計(jì)，通過(guò)集中式天窗將新鮮空氣和自然光線引入室內(nèi)。中庭的亮點(diǎn)是一面4層高的攀巖墻和環(huán)繞樓層的田徑跑道。連接層中心位置設(shè)有綜合籃球場(chǎng)，并可根據(jù)需求靈活轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐魳?lè)廳及表演空間。除此之外，此連接層還設(shè)有可欣賞戶外全景的大型健身房，兵乓活動(dòng)室、各類活動(dòng)房和整層會(huì)議設(shè)施。

知識(shí)鏈

35-38層連接層的主題為“知識(shí)鏈”，由4個(gè)樓層組成，為員工提供知識(shí)共享與交流的空間。其中的“騰訊學(xué)院”環(huán)繞自然采光的中庭布置。我們還在中庭底部引入了室內(nèi)綠植，既起到了凈化空氣的作用，又為長(zhǎng)期使用電腦和手機(jī)的員工提供了一處可以放松身心的“綠洲”。高層連接層還設(shè)有培訓(xùn)中心、餐廳、教育中心和會(huì)議空間等。我們也設(shè)計(jì)了一系列共享休閑區(qū)—靈活的布局和設(shè)施讓員工可以輕松地根據(jù)需求選擇辦公、會(huì)議地點(diǎn)。

游泳池

游泳池設(shè)置在北塔樓39層。設(shè)計(jì)靈感來(lái)自于黎明破曉的自然景觀。游泳池采用馬賽克為裝飾材料，營(yíng)造出云層在破曉時(shí)的朦朧感和抽象意境。泳池頂棚采用的材料能反射出泳池、及泳池內(nèi)的水體與游泳者，也將自然光引入空間中。

Our client’s vision lies in promoting its global reach and creating a vibrant and collaborative workenvironment that fosters innovation,sparks creativity, and inspires staff.

Tencent’s twin Seafront Towers (rising 50 and 39 storeys) serve as the new home for the tech conglomerate’s 12,000 employees and stand as city landmarks. Working as interior designer, B+H worked closely with the client and architect to adapt the concept of a vertical campus to re fl ect Tencent’s community-focused culture. Reminiscent of a university campus,this vertical campus offers amenities for work and play. Tencent’s mostly millennial talent will fi nd a convivial workplace environment - part lifestyle hub and part social village - withinan ergonomic and modern building. The towers are connected by skybridges, where those moving between towers can interact and meet to create synergies and generate fresh ideas. Each skybridge has its own unique theme.

HEALTH LlNk

The middle bridge(L21-25) hosts the health link with sports, social, healthcare and meeting facilities. Spaces facilitate physical activity and networking with a focus on balancing body and soul. Interiors are designed to harvest a close teamculture in an unpretentious creative campus environment. The atrium, designed as a vertical cliff, brings fresh air and daylight through a central skylight. The focal point is a vertical four-storey rock climbing wall. In the centre of the bridge lies a full basketball court, which can be turned into an event space for lectures, shows and concerts. Other features include a gym with panoramic views, ping pong tables, various play rooms, as well as a fl oor dedicated to meetings and conferences.

kNOWLEDGE LlNk

The knowledge link is the topmost bridge (L35-38) connecting the North and South Towers. It’s composed of over four fl oors dedicated to the theme of knowledgesharing. The Tencent College revolve around a large daylit atrium as the focus for design. We applied indoor landscapeat the base of the atrium, helping to fi lter air and to create anoasis for staff that spend most of their days at a computer or on their mobile phones. The knowledge link also houses training space,a dining hall, education centre, and meeting rooms. A wide range of settings for casual zones are provided - fl exible layouts with amenities that enable staff to easily recon fi gure the space.

SWlMMlNG POOL

The swimming pool is located on L39 in the North Tower. Inspired by daybreak, the space is clad in a mosaic of tiles, forming an abstract image of clouds. A mirrored tensile fabric suspendedfromthe ceiling re fl ectsthe water, pool and swimmers while helping to re fl ect natural light throughout thespace.
