【摘要】 目的 觀察宮腔鏡下子宮內(nèi)膜電切術(shù)治療子宮內(nèi)膜息肉的臨床價(jià)值及優(yōu)越性。方法 100例

子宮內(nèi)膜息肉患者， 按照手術(shù)方式不同分為對照組和觀察組， 每組50例。對照組患者采用傳統(tǒng)刮宮術(shù)治療， 觀察組患者采用宮腔鏡下子宮內(nèi)膜電切術(shù)治療。比較兩組患者術(shù)中出血量、手術(shù)時(shí)間、術(shù)后住院時(shí)間、術(shù)后子宮內(nèi)膜息肉復(fù)發(fā)及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果 觀察組患者術(shù)中出血量（43.2±8.1）ml少于對照組的（59.6±9.6）ml， 手術(shù)時(shí)間（35.2±10.1）min及術(shù)后住院時(shí)間（3.7±0.9）d短于對照組的（49.1±9.2）min、

（5.1±0.6）d， 差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。觀察組患者術(shù)后子宮內(nèi)膜息肉復(fù)發(fā)率、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率分別為4.0%、12.0%， 均顯著低于對照組的16.0%、30.0%， 差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 對于子宮內(nèi)膜息肉患者， 宮腔鏡下子宮內(nèi)膜電切術(shù)臨床效果顯著， 同時(shí)術(shù)后并發(fā)癥少， 作為一種微創(chuàng)手術(shù)， 值得臨床推廣。

【Abstract】 Objective ? To observe the clinical value and superiority of hysteroscopic endometrial resection in the treatment of endometrial polyps. Methods ? A total of 100 patients with endometrial polyps were divided by different surgical methods into control group and observation group， with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional curettage， and the observation group was treated with hysteroscopic endometrial resection. Comparison was made on amount of intraoperative hemorrhage， operation time， postoperative hospitalization time， recurrence of endometrial polyps and complications after operation between the two groups. Results ? The amount of intraoperative hemorrhage （43.2±8.1） ml in the observation group was less than （59.6±9.6） ml in the control group， and operation time （35.2±10.1） min and postoperative hospitalization time （3.7±0.9） d were shorter than （49.1±9.2） min and （5.1±0.6） d in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The recurrence rate of endometrial polyps after operation and incidence of complications were 4.0% and 12.0% respectively， which were all significantly lower than 16.0% and 30.0% in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion ? Hysteroscopic endometrial resection shows remarkable clinical effect in patients with endometrial polyps with less complications. It is worthy of clinical promotion as a minimally invasive operation.
