2019年，重慶市政府外辦貫徹落實(shí)習(xí)近平總書(shū)記對(duì)重慶提出的“兩點(diǎn)”定位，“兩地”“兩高”目標(biāo)，發(fā)揮“三個(gè)作用”和營(yíng)造良好政治生態(tài)的重要指示精神，堅(jiān)持以大外事服務(wù)大開(kāi)放推動(dòng)大發(fā)展。舉辦了系列重大外事活動(dòng)，提升重慶國(guó)際知名度和美譽(yù)度;通過(guò)廣泛締結(jié)國(guó)際友好城市，建立更多領(lǐng)事館，密切重慶與世界各國(guó)的聯(lián)系;切實(shí)踐行“以人為本，外交為民”宗旨，不斷改進(jìn)和提升對(duì)外服務(wù)水平。充分展示外事工作者致力于改革開(kāi)放、建設(shè)內(nèi)陸開(kāi)放高地的“初心”，和肩負(fù)積極投身“大外事”、促進(jìn)“大開(kāi)放”的神圣“使命”。

外國(guó)駐渝蓉領(lǐng)團(tuán)密集互動(dòng) 積極參與開(kāi)放平臺(tái)活動(dòng)

2019年，市政府外辦與外國(guó)駐渝蓉領(lǐng)團(tuán)密集互動(dòng)、謀劃合作，積極邀請(qǐng)各國(guó)政府、商業(yè)、企業(yè)組團(tuán)參加重慶舉辦的大型國(guó)際會(huì)展活動(dòng)，利用外事資源服務(wù)區(qū)縣對(duì)外發(fā)展，推動(dòng)重慶與有關(guān)國(guó)家交流，助力各國(guó)駐渝蓉領(lǐng)團(tuán)全方位、多領(lǐng)域參與重慶內(nèi)陸開(kāi)放高地建設(shè)。

做好領(lǐng)事保護(hù)工作 踐行“外交為民”初心

2019年，市政府外辦牢記“外交為民”的初心和使命，會(huì)同有關(guān)部門(mén)聯(lián)動(dòng)開(kāi)展海外安全防范應(yīng)對(duì)常識(shí)及文明出游知識(shí)宣傳，加強(qiáng)海外安全預(yù)警預(yù)防和聯(lián)防聯(lián)控，積極維護(hù)“走出去”人員和企業(yè)的合法權(quán)益。使外交外事工作更加接地氣、惠民生，讓重慶市民可以更安心地走出國(guó)門(mén)，增強(qiáng)安全感、獲得感和幸福感。

駐渝國(guó)（境）外媒體、中央在渝媒體深入?yún)^(qū)縣采訪調(diào)研

2019年，市政府外辦兩次組織駐渝國(guó)（境）外媒體、中央在渝媒體及部分市屬主流媒體記者赴區(qū)縣采訪調(diào)研，針對(duì)重慶各地的脫貧攻堅(jiān)、鄉(xiāng)村振興、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、文化保護(hù)和旅游發(fā)展等情況進(jìn)行集中采訪和對(duì)外宣介。

促進(jìn)渝港澳交流往來(lái) 拉緊務(wù)實(shí)合作紐帶

2019年，市政府港澳辦積極發(fā)揮橋梁紐帶作用，進(jìn)一步密切渝港、渝澳聯(lián)系，積極融入粵港澳大灣區(qū)建設(shè)、共建“一帶一路”，推進(jìn)渝港澳三地在金融、貿(mào)易、科技創(chuàng)新、青少年交流和法律等領(lǐng)域在更深層次、更廣范圍的務(wù)實(shí)合作。

In 2019， Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government followed General Secretary Xi Jinpings “two positions” of Chongqing and the goals set for the city and implemented his instruction of giving full play to the "three roles" and creating a good political ecology. The office adhered to the principle of promoting opening up and great development through all-round foreign affairs service. A series of major foreign affairs activities were held to enhance Chongqing's international image and reputation. By forging more sister city and friendship city relationships and the establishment of more consulates， Chongqing has formed closer ties with other countries in the world. The office earnestly implemented the tenet of "putting people first and diplomacy for the people" and continued to improve and upgrade the service level， which fully demonstrated the original aspiration of the foreign affairs staff to stay committed to reform and opening up and facilitate the construction of an opening up highland in inland China， and their sacred mission of developing greater foreign affairs to promote greater opening up.
