一場(chǎng)新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情，牽動(dòng)著全國(guó)各地人民的心，也深深牽動(dòng)著所有中國(guó)美術(shù)學(xué)院老師和學(xué)子的心。在疫情面前，沒(méi)有局外人。

從2月起，中國(guó)美術(shù)學(xué)院中國(guó)畫與書法藝術(shù)學(xué)院舉辦“丹青繪丹心：致敬奮戰(zhàn)在疫情一線的人們”主題創(chuàng)作活動(dòng)，師生同心，開展書法、國(guó)畫、篆刻創(chuàng)作，表達(dá)對(duì)戰(zhàn)勝疫情的祝愿。

諸多留學(xué)生聞?dòng)嵑蠓e極參與。來(lái)自日本東京的女生石井麻貴，是中國(guó)美院中國(guó)畫花鳥專業(yè)2017屆碩士畢業(yè)生，現(xiàn)在南京藝術(shù)學(xué)院攻讀美術(shù)學(xué)博士學(xué)位，她以一幅《降魔成道》表達(dá)心意。她說(shuō)，佛將左手放在膝蓋上，右手垂下指向地面的印相被稱為“降魔印”，“降魔印”是由地神協(xié)助釋迦驅(qū)散惡魔的，讓我們?cè)诘却汗獾亩绽?，祈禱著人們的心靈平靜。

While the whole nation is now being emotionally and physically concerned with the coronavirus outbreak， students and teachers of China Academy of Art in Hangzhou have responded to the catastrophe with art， believing the whole nation must stand together to triumph over the killer disease.

Since February， students and teachers at School of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy have made a concerted endeavor to create artworks featuring the national heroism and solidarity in fighting COVID-19. These artworks including calligraphy， painting and seal engraving salute all the people working at the frontline and express best wishes for Chinas eventual triumph over the outbreak.

International students have joined hands with their Chinese counterparts in the concerted endeavor. After learning about the endeavor， Maki Ishii from Tokyo Japan， now a doctoral student at Nanjing University of the Arts with a masters degree in Chinese painting from China Academy of Art， created a work featuring a Buddha with a gesture made to exorcize devils.
