摘要：畢業(yè)論文摘要漢譯英是本科生英文寫作的一次實踐檢驗，為將來研究生階段英文論文寫作打下基礎(chǔ)。工科類畢業(yè)生英語基礎(chǔ)較弱，摘要漢譯英存在諸多問題。筆者分析了近兩年畢業(yè)論文摘要漢譯英中出現(xiàn)的一些普遍問題，為摘要漢譯英質(zhì)量改進提供參考。

引言

摘要就是對文章主要內(nèi)容的摘錄，摘要可以方便論文檢索，能讓讀者快速了解論文的主要內(nèi)容。畢業(yè)論文摘要反映了畢業(yè)論文研究的主要內(nèi)容，是對畢業(yè)論文的概括和提煉，畢業(yè)論文摘要一般有中文摘要和英文摘要。英文摘要可以加強國際學術(shù)交流，促進科技進步[1-6]。但是，由于本科畢業(yè)生對英文摘要寫作并不重視，導致中文摘要翻譯為英文摘要過程很隨意。英文摘要錯誤隨處可見。

1、逐字逐句直譯，不符合英語語言習慣

例1：本系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了考試過程由人工操作轉(zhuǎn)向計算機操作過程，減輕了老師和學生的負擔及壓力。

原譯：This system realizes the examination process from the manual operation to the computer operation process， reduces the teacher and the students burden and the pressure.

由于中文摘要中的語句拖沓冗長，不精煉，直譯后譯文中出現(xiàn)兩個process，第二個process可以省略;后半句“減輕了老師和學生的負擔及壓力”完全按照中文的順序在翻譯，負擔和壓力并不屬于老師和學生擁有的，不宜用the teacher and the students這種形式。中文摘要語句本身不通順，建議改為“本系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了考試過程由人工操作向計算機操作的轉(zhuǎn)變，減輕了老師和學生的負擔及壓力?！?/p>

建議譯文：The system realizes the transformation from manual operation to computer operation， and reduces the burden and pressure on teachers and students.

2、專業(yè)術(shù)語翻譯不規(guī)范

例2：本文以現(xiàn)有的計算機博弈理論為基礎(chǔ)，將α-β搜索算法、極大極小算法、博弈樹應用于六子棋系統(tǒng)中，采用C++開發(fā)六子棋系統(tǒng)程序。

原譯：Based on the existing computer game theory， this paper applies the α-β search algorithm and the maximal minimum algorithm to the six-game system to develop the six-game program in C++.

專業(yè)詞匯一般都有規(guī)范的譯法，不能隨意更改。原譯文中“極大極小算法”the maximal minimum algorithm 應譯為the minimax algorithm，“六子棋”six-game應譯為connect-6 game

建議譯文：Based on the existing computer game theory， this paper applies the α–β search algorithm， the minimax algorithm and the game tree to the connect-6 game system， and develop the connect-6 game system program with C + + .

3、單詞詞性誤用

例3：學生請假管理系統(tǒng)主要包含6個模塊：用戶登錄，學生請假及銷假，老師審批，請假信息查看， 密碼修改，系統(tǒng)管理。

原譯：The student leave management system mainly includes six modules： user login， student leave and sales leave， teacher approval， leave information viewing， password modification， system manage.

譯文中“系統(tǒng)管理”應和前面的詞性一致，都用名詞形式，但譯文中卻誤譯為system manage 動詞詞性，另外“銷假”sales leave將“銷”翻譯為“銷售”中的“銷”，應譯為resumption from leave。

建議譯文：Student leave management system mainly includes 6 modules： user login， student leave and resumption from leave， teacher approval， leave information viewing， password modification， system management.

4、譯文信息丟失，中英文不一致

例4：本系統(tǒng)圍繞知識庫的核心功能，通過開源框架spring，設計一套知識庫管理系統(tǒng)，該系統(tǒng)具備基本的人員注冊登錄、人員數(shù)據(jù)的增刪查改管功能。

原譯：This system revolves around the core function of the knowledge base， through the open source framework spring， design a set of knowledge base management system， the system has the basic personnel registration login， personnel data deletion and delete change tube function.

中文摘要中“增刪查改管功能”要翻譯成正確的英文需要將中文意思理清楚，一共有5個功能，原譯中只有“數(shù)據(jù)刪除”personnel data deletion，漏掉了另外4個功能，將“管理功能”誤譯為“tube”。

建議譯文：Based on the core functions of the knowledge base， this system designs a set of knowledge base management system through the open-source framework spring. The system has the basic functions of personnel registration and login， personnel data addition， deletion， query， modification and management.

總結(jié)? 本文指出了工科類本科畢業(yè)論文摘要漢譯英存在的一些普遍問題，收集其中一些常見的錯誤類型并提出修改思路。
