      Abstract: The effect of the ideological and moral education on the college students is huge. Based on the real life, we can deeply excavate the realistic resources of the ideological and moral education of college students, and cultivate the ideological and moral cognition and behavior pattern of college students in the real life. By criticizing the real moral life and constructing the ideal moral life, the value concept and guidance are provided for the development of the real moral life of college students.

      The mode of the the ideological and moral education:

      For a long time, the “moralization moral education” model has been widely used in the ideological and moral education of the young people in our country. In the recent years, the ideological and moral education of young people has also experienced the challenges of globalization and economic and social transformation. However, so far, the mode of “moralization and moral education” is still the leading mode of ideological and moral education for college student in our country. Educators should make the educational objects participate and feel by their own practical actions or through certain practical activities, so as to influence and cultivate educators to establish certain emotions.

      As a systematic theoretical system, the ideological and moral education of the college students, tries to get the right moral life from the real moral life. The key to the establishment and implementation of the concept of youth moral education in daily life lies in the creation and construction of a practical road map in the practice of youth moral education. For a long time, exam-oriented education has greatly restricted the learning and growth of Chinese students. “Study” is becoming the burden and heavy pressure of students in our country, and “college entrance examination single-log bridge” has even become a “soft knife” to destroy the physical and mental health of them.

      The social meaning of ideological and moral education:

      In the process of guiding teenagers communication life, schools, families and society should pay attention to the cultivation of students ideological and moral information through their interpersonal communication activities. The principle of communication, interpersonal exchanges in unity and harmony, mutual support, help each other, but should not blindly go along with the issue of principle, should always adhere to their own position and principles. The school communist students league, the organization of the young pioneers should organize various forms of collective activities, let them learn the basic knowledge of interpersonal communication, training and exercise the ability to communicate, at the same time subtly affect the living habits and behavior of people around, gradually overcome bad habits.

      The effects of ideological and moral education on culture of daily life.

      In the daily life of the market economy system, consumerism prevails, and the secular life is constantly eroding peoples spirit and morality. In recent years, the CPC central committee has vigorously promoted the construction of socialist culture with the aim of creating a healthy and progressive culture of daily life in the whole society. The ideological and moral education of young people in daily life requires us to construct a culture of daily life beyond the secular life for them. ?Through ideological and moral education to simplify, purify and balance college students daily life. Let the truth, kindness and beauty in daily life become the most important elements in teenagers life, let teenagers extract spiritual things higher than secular life from the events and daily life scenes they experience every day. At the same time, we should design and construct the youths daily life culture according to the principle of beauty.

      The personal characteristics of college students

      As one of the important factors of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, the environment has a great influence on the improvement of students sense of gaining. Therefore,for the optimization of the educational environment, the author suggests that we can start from the following aspects: first, making full use of school resources to create a campus culture based on socialist core values. In the process of teaching management, colleges and universities should establish a perfect teaching management mechanism for students, and strengthen the restraint on students behaviors through efficient rules and regulations, disciplinary codes and so on, so as to guarantee students value orientation and moral standards. Second, the advent of the era of Internet, the college ideological education has gradually transferred from offline to online, so colleges and universities can take full advantage of the characteristics of the Internet to build network learning platform for students, for students to create a healthy and positive network learning environment. Strengthening the propaganda of mainstream thought, on the other hand can encourage in the platform to implement interaction and communication between teachers and students, to make teachers better grasp the students ideological dynamic, promote students ideological education of the acquisition.

      To sum up, as ideological and moral educators in colleges and universities, we should carry out reform and innovation from four aspects: strengthening students subjectivity, improving ideological and political affinity, integrating educational content and optimizing educational environment, so as to promote the effective promotion of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era.
