慰問信是向不幸者或失敗者表示安慰的信件。這類信件要寫得簡單、誠摯，語言要得當(dāng)，多用積極、樂觀的話語減輕對方的煩惱和痛苦，并鼓勵對方在日后的生活、工作和學(xué)習(xí)中要信心滿滿。寫信的步驟一般為：
