[摘要] 目的 分析優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理在高血壓合并糖尿病患者護(hù)理中的應(yīng)用效果觀察及評(píng)價(jià)。方法 選擇2018年6月—2019年6月期間到該院進(jìn)行治療的120例高血壓合并糖尿病患者作為研究對(duì)象，用電腦隨機(jī)法分為對(duì)照組和實(shí)驗(yàn)組各60例，對(duì)照組患者對(duì)其進(jìn)行常規(guī)的護(hù)理干預(yù)，實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者對(duì)其進(jìn)行優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理干預(yù)，測(cè)試他們接受護(hù)理前后的血壓和血糖，邀請(qǐng)他們填寫焦慮/抑郁自評(píng)量表評(píng)分，最終比較兩組患者的心理狀態(tài)和滿意度。分析護(hù)理要點(diǎn)及其結(jié)果。結(jié)果 實(shí)驗(yàn)組的血壓血糖低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）;實(shí)驗(yàn)組高血壓合并糖尿病患者焦慮自評(píng)量表（SAS）、抑郁自評(píng)量（SDS）表得分分別為（45.2±4.3）分和（42.8±6.3）分，均明顯低于對(duì)照組的（56.3±5.5）分、（58.1±3.9）分（P<0.05）;實(shí)驗(yàn)組的護(hù)理滿意度也高于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 高血壓合并糖尿病患者由于患病心態(tài)往往比較焦慮，采用優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理干預(yù)比起常規(guī)的干預(yù)手段，能起到調(diào)節(jié)患者心理狀態(tài)的作用，增強(qiáng)他們的自信心，降低他們的血壓和血糖，從而提到患者的滿意度，在臨床對(duì)高血壓合并糖尿病患者的治療中具有推廣價(jià)值。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the observation and effect of high-quality nursing in the nursing of patients with hypertension and diabetes. Methods 120 patients with hypertension and diabetes who were treated in the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 as the research subjects， and were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group with 60 cases each by computer random method. Perform routine nursing interventions in the community. The patients in the experimental group received high-quality nursing interventions. They tested their blood pressure and blood glucose before and after receiving care. They were invited to fill in the anxiety/ depression self-rating scale. Finally， the psychological status and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Analyze the main points of care and their results. Results The blood pressure and blood glucose in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）. The scores of the self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-depressing scale （SDS） of the hypertension group with diabetes in the experimental group were （45.2±4.3）points and （42.8±6.3）points are significantly lower than the control group's （56.3±5.5）points， （58.1±3.9）points（P<0.05）; the satisfaction of nursing in the experimental group was also higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion Patients with hypertension and diabetes are often more anxious due to the mentality of the disease. Compared with conventional interventions， high-quality nursing intervention can play a role in regulating the psychological state of patients， enhance their self-confidence， reduce their blood pressure and blood glucose， and thus improve the patient's satisfaction， it has promotion value in the clinical treatment of patients with hypertension and diabetes.

我國(guó)已經(jīng)開始邁入老齡化社會(huì)，而老齡化社會(huì)伴隨而來(lái)的就是糖尿病和高血壓等疾病在人群之間的患病比例提升，這兩類疾病都是臨床中老年人最常見的兩種疾病之一，同時(shí)這兩種病癥具有較高概率發(fā)生在同一患者身上，根據(jù)研究，患有糖尿病的患者有40%概率也患有高血壓這一病癥，而患有高血壓的患者其中也有18%左右的概率患有糖尿病[1]。高血壓合并糖尿病患者會(huì)使得動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化的速度快于常人，進(jìn)而使得患者心血管疾病發(fā)病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提高，高血壓嚴(yán)重的患者還有幾率導(dǎo)致器官衰竭，從而危及生命。高血壓合并糖尿病患者，需要長(zhǎng)期服用藥物以維持病情穩(wěn)定，而長(zhǎng)期服用藥物會(huì)對(duì)患者的經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生較大負(fù)擔(dān)，而患者因?yàn)榻?jīng)濟(jì)和身體病癥困擾，往往陷入抑郁和焦慮之間。對(duì)高血壓合并糖尿病患者進(jìn)行優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理干預(yù)可以對(duì)他們的病情進(jìn)行有效控制和降低他們的醫(yī)療費(fèi)用[2]。該文選擇2018年6月—2019年6月期間收治的120例患者，對(duì)該院患有高血壓合并糖尿病患者的不同護(hù)理效果進(jìn)行探究，分析優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理的效果，報(bào)道如下。
