【摘要】 目的：探討精神分裂癥主要照顧者心理困擾與自尊、病恥感的相關(guān)性，進(jìn)而指導(dǎo)精神分裂癥主要照顧者的心理管理。方法：將2018年6月-2019年8月筆者所在醫(yī)院74名精神分裂癥主要照顧者作為研究對象，并使用醫(yī)院自制的調(diào)查問卷、K10量表、Link病恥感量表與自尊量表實施調(diào)查，分析主要照顧者心理困擾的影響因素及心理困擾與自尊、病恥感的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果：精神分裂癥主要照顧者中有22名無心理困擾，其余52名均存在不同程度的心理困擾;主要照顧者的年齡、年經(jīng)濟(jì)收入、照顧時間為造成心理困擾的主要因素，差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;Pearson相關(guān)性分析顯示，自尊與心理困擾呈負(fù)相關(guān)，而病恥感與心理困擾呈正相關(guān)，差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：精神分裂癥主要照顧者可能存在不同程度的心理困擾，與自尊及病恥感具有明顯相關(guān)性。因此，臨床需加強(qiáng)對精神分裂癥主要照顧者的干預(yù)，進(jìn)而更好地照顧精神分裂癥患者。

A Study on the Psychological Distress and Self-esteem and Stigma of the Primary Caregiver of Schizophrenia/TANG Jingxiong， LIANG Changquan， OU Bailong. //Chinese and Foreign Medical Research， 2020， 18（16）： -166

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the relationship between psychological distress and self-esteem and stigma of the primary caregivers of schizophrenia， and to guide the psychological management of the primary caregivers of schizophrenia. Method： A total of 74 primary caregiver of schizophrenia in our hospital from June 2018 to August 2019 were taken as the research objects， and they were investigated with self-designed questionnaire， K10 scale， Link stigma scale and self-esteem scale. And the influencing factors of psychological distress of the primary caregivers and the relationship between psychological distress and self-esteem and stigma were analyzed. Result： Among the primary caregivers of schizophrenia， 22 cases had no psychological distress， while the other 52 cases had psychological distress of different degrees. The age， annual income and care time of the primary caregiver were the main factors causing psychological distress， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Pearson correlation analysis showed that self-esteem was negatively correlated with psychological distress， while stigma was positively correlated with psychological distress， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The primary caregivers of schizophrenia may have different degrees of psychological distress， which is significantly correlated with self-esteem and stigma. It is necessary to strengthen the intervention of the primary caregivers of schizophrenia， so as to better care for the patients with schizophrenia.
