Improving Our Health

Health is too important to be neglected. One who is in good health can work and study better than one who is in poor health. Also， if one is in good health， he usually has great power to resist disease; if he is in poor health， he has less power to resist disease.

Since health is so important， we should try hard to build ourselves up. But how？ The best way， I think， is to do exercises every day. We know that life lies in exercises. As young people， we have different ways to exercise， such as playing ball games， running and swimming.

To keep fit， we should also get rid of bad habits， such as smoking， overeating， overdrinking and staying up late night after night， for such habits do great harm to our health.
