市政府外辦舉行“如何深入學習貫徹習近平外交思想專題報告會”

11月19日，市政府外辦邀請外交部政策規(guī)劃司參贊張海濤就“如何深入學習貫徹習近平外交思想”進行專題宣講。全辦干部職工、各區(qū)縣外辦及各高校外事處負責人共120余人參加。

會上，張海濤緊扣“如何深入學習貫徹習近平外交思想”這個主題，從百年未有之大變局、新冠肺炎疫情以來的國際形勢、抗擊疫情的外交工作、貫徹習近平外交思想要落地見效等方面進行了深入淺出的生動講解。報告緊貼國際國內(nèi)熱點事件，主題鮮明、內(nèi)容翔實，思想性、指導性、實踐性和針對性很強。期間，張海濤參贊就中美關(guān)系、“一帶一路”、外事工作如何助推重慶開放發(fā)展等問題與大家進行了互動交流。與會人員普遍反映深受教育和啟發(fā)，加深了對大變局時代下的國際形勢和后疫情時代外交外事工作的了解，特別是對如何運用習近平外交思想指導實踐、推動工作、助推開放發(fā)展有了更深入的認識和更準確的把握，受益匪淺。

On November 19， the Foreign Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal People's Government invited Zhang Haitao， Counselor of the Department of Policy Planning of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China， to give a special lecture on "How to Deeply Study and Implement Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy". More than 120 people attended the symposium， including cadres and employees of the Foreign Affairs Office， heads of foreign affairs offices of districts and counties， and universities.

At the meeting， centered upon the theme of "How to Deeply Study and Implement Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy"， Zhang Haitao made in-depth and vivid explanations from aspects such as major changes unseen in a century， the international situation since COVID-19 outbreak， the diplomatic work to combat the epidemic， and the effective implementation of Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy. Closely following international and domestic heated events， the report manifested a clear theme， detailed content， and strong ideological， guiding， practical and targeted features. During the meeting， Counselor Zhang Haitao interacted with participants on the propelling role of China-US relations， the "Belt and Road"， and foreign affairs work on Chongqing's opening-up and development. Participants invariably said that they were deeply educated and inspired， and their understanding of the international situation in the era of great changes and the diplomatic and foreign affairs work in the post-COVID-19 era was deepened. They particularly gained a deeper understanding and a more accurate grasp on how to use Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy to guide practice， facilitate work， and boost the development of opening up， which was quite instrumental.
