4月26日至29日，應(yīng)市政府外辦邀請(qǐng)，美國(guó)阿肯色州、紐約州、愛達(dá)荷州、南卡羅萊納州、伊利諾伊州等14個(gè)州的駐華代表機(jī)構(gòu)組成代表團(tuán)訪問重慶。

4月27日，市政府外辦組織舉行重慶市與美國(guó)各州駐華代表機(jī)構(gòu)經(jīng)貿(mào)合作交流會(huì)。市政府外辦副主任唐文主持會(huì)議，本市相關(guān)部門、區(qū)縣及商協(xié)會(huì)代表共計(jì)近70人出席。會(huì)上，有關(guān)部門負(fù)責(zé)人分別介紹了重慶市內(nèi)陸開放高地建設(shè)、先進(jìn)制造業(yè)發(fā)展等情況。美國(guó)各州代表分別推介所在州情況，共商未來合作。

“中美關(guān)系對(duì)全球穩(wěn)定繁榮的重要性超過任何兩國(guó)關(guān)系，中美關(guān)系成功將相互受益?！泵绹?guó)駐華大使館商務(wù)官員羅博漢表示，美國(guó)州市地方政府重視開展對(duì)華經(jīng)貿(mào)交流，各州駐華代表的重慶之行對(duì)此充分印證。

唐文表示，地方政府間合作是中美友好的重要組成部分，希望開啟重慶市與美國(guó)14個(gè)州的地方交流新篇章，助力各方探尋更廣闊商機(jī)，實(shí)現(xiàn)互利共贏。

在渝期間，代表團(tuán)還先后前往渝中區(qū)、九龍坡區(qū)、江北區(qū)實(shí)地考察，深入了解重慶的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)、國(guó)際貿(mào)易合作概況以及參與“一帶一路”建設(shè)和成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟(jì)圈建設(shè)等情況。渝中區(qū)、九龍坡區(qū)和江北區(qū)政府還分別組織了座談交流會(huì)，各區(qū)相關(guān)區(qū)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)出席活動(dòng)。

From April 26 to 29， at the invitation of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government， a delegation of 14 representative offices of the US in China， including Arkansas， New York， Idaho， South Carolina， Illinois， visited Chongqing.

On April 27， the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government organized a meeting on economic and trade cooperation and exchange between Chongqing and the representative offices of various American states in China. Tang Wen， deputy director general of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government， presided over the meeting， with nearly 70 representatives from relevant departments， districts， counties and business associations of the city present. At the meeting， heads of relevant departments respectively introduced the construction of inland opening-up high ground and the development of advanced manufacturing industry in Chongqing. The representatives of each American state introduced the profile of their respective state and discussed future cooperation.

"China-US relations are more important to global stability and prosperity than any bilateral relations， and the success of China-US relations will benefit each other." said by Hanes Roberts， Commercial official of US Embassy in China. He said that the America state and municipal governments attached importance to economic and trade exchanges with China. The trip to Chongqing by the representatives of various American states in China has fully demonstrated this point.

Tang Wen said that cooperation between local governments is an important component of China-US amity. He hoped to start a new chapter in local exchanges between Chongqing and 14 American states， propel all parties to explore broader business opportunities and realize mutual benefit and win-win.

During their stay in Chongqing， the delegation successively carried out field visits to Yuzhong District， Jiulongpo District and Jiangbei District， deeply learnt about Chongqing's regional advantages， international trade cooperation， and the construction of BRI and Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle. The governments of Yuzhong District， Jiulongpo District and Jiangbei District also organized talks respectively， and the heads of relevant districts attended these events.
