摘 要:隨著汽車(chē)行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)不斷激烈,空調(diào)系統(tǒng)逐漸得到重視。更好的空調(diào)系統(tǒng)能給乘員艙提高更舒適的駕駛環(huán)境,進(jìn)而提高產(chǎn)品在同行業(yè)中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。而在空調(diào)系統(tǒng)當(dāng)中,風(fēng)道和出風(fēng)口做為重要的組成部件,它們的性能優(yōu)劣直接影響乘員艙內(nèi)的環(huán)境溫度與感官舒適性。本文以SGMW某車(chē)型為例,通過(guò)STAR-CCM+軟件模擬出空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的速度場(chǎng),分析風(fēng)道和出風(fēng)口造型對(duì)空調(diào)出風(fēng)性能的影響,并通過(guò)優(yōu)化風(fēng)道和出風(fēng)口造型提升空調(diào)吹面性能。

The CFD Simulation Method of Optimizing the Shape to Improve the Air Conditioning Outlet Performance

Abstract:With the increasingly fierce competition in the automotive industry, air conditioning systems have gradually gained attention. A better air conditioning system can improve a more comfortable driving environment for the passenger compartment, thereby increasing the competitiveness of the product in the same industry. In the air conditioning system, air ducts and air outlets are important components, and their performance directly affects the ambient temperature and human comfort in the passenger compartment. Taking a SGMW model as an example, this paper simulates the speed field of the air conditioning system through STAR-CCM+ software, analyzes the influence of the air duct and air outlet shape on the air blowing performance of the air conditioner, and improves the air blowing performance by optimizing the air duct and air outlet shape.
