2021年6月7日至8日，中國和東盟國家的外長們共聚一堂，在重慶召開了一場“特別”的外長會議。如何看待這次會議的“特殊”之處呢？記者決定現(xiàn)場探尋一番。

在多場會議中，外長們多次提到了疫情這個大背景。意外的是，很多人都不是新冠肺炎疫情期間第一次與我們會面。印度尼西亞外交部長蕾特諾說：“這是我第三次在疫情期間來到中國?！?/p>

“特別”的時間點，11國代表面對面齊聚一堂。

中國國務(wù)委員兼外交部長王毅表示：“紀(jì)念中國—東盟建立對話關(guān)系30周年，慶祝瀾湄合作啟動5周年，可謂雙喜臨門，具有特殊的重要意義。”

在慶祝兩個周年的特別會議上，還有哪些“特別”之處呢？本次會議開始前夕，記者特意走進廚房打探一番。

“師傅，這是準(zhǔn)備的什么東西呢？”

“這是油皮，像春卷皮一樣，這個是東南亞的?！?/p>

“就是按照東南亞的那種（風(fēng)味）做法在做嗎？”

“融合嘛，融合?！?/p>

融合，道出了這次會議的“特別”之處。從水果、糧食到基建，還有近些年熱門旅游地的搜索欄里，東盟十國似乎從未缺席。與東盟的合作，早已融入到我們生活的方方面面。

此前，記者采訪了中國社會科學(xué)院亞太與全球戰(zhàn)略研究院研究員王玉主，他表示：“我們合作上一直這樣。我提出一個東西來，咱倆看看行不行。我是尊重對方的。整個的發(fā)展過程當(dāng)中，中方起了非常積極的推動作用。但是，是以東盟的整體的意愿為中心的?！?/p>

融合，融合，融的是感情，合的是發(fā)展。這樣的關(guān)系，還真是“特別”。

不過朋友交往，難免磕磕絆絆，更別提相處了30年。如果是國家間偶有摩擦，“特別”的關(guān)系該如何維系呢？

這次會議上，王毅表示：“當(dāng)前我們的合作還面臨一些挑戰(zhàn)，一個是時常受到一些勢力的攻擊和抹黑，但是這也不奇怪，畢竟有各種不同的看法和聲音，我們要做的就是保持我們的定力，把我們的合作扎扎實實地向前推進，使兩國人民都能夠感受到合作帶來的福祉?！?/p>

保持定力才能經(jīng)歷磨礪。在三十而立之際，我們看到了進一步的活力，占全球人口三分之一的國家間建立自貿(mào)區(qū)，還是第一次。一江連六國，疫情期間，區(qū)域貿(mào)易能逆勢上揚，也是新的奇跡。什么是國際社會的主流？這里正在用行動證明。

會議期間，緬甸外交部長溫納貌倫表示：“患難見真情。中國在疫情期間給湄公河流域國家提供幫助，自愿設(shè)立瀾湄合作公共衛(wèi)生專項基金，來拯救我們?nèi)嗣竦纳?，這是真正的友誼的象征?！?/p>

我們是鄰居，也是朋友。會議間隙，總是會聽到這個“特別”的稱呼。能有這么多朋友，或許來源于我們“特別”的相處理念。王毅指出，我們雙方堅持講信修睦，謀求合作共贏，共同樹立了亞太區(qū)域合作最為成功的典范。

王玉主研究員表示：“人類命運共同體的本意是協(xié)商解決沖突，我承認我們的文明之間是有差異的，但是鼓勵互鑒，我們鼓勵互相學(xué)習(xí)，鼓勵包容?！?/p>

"Fusion" shows the "special" aspect of this meeting. From fruits and grain to infrastructure， and in the search bar of popular tourist destinations in recent years， the ten ASEAN countries never seem to be absent. Cooperation with ASEAN has long been integrated into all aspects of our lives.

Earlier， the reporter interviewed Wang Yuzhu， a researcher at National Institute of International Strategy， Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He said， "we have been continuing this practice in our cooperation. I propose an idea， and let's see if it works via consultation. And I show you respect. In the whole process of development， China has played a very positive role. However， the process is centered on the overall will of ASEAN. "

What we fuse is our bonding and development. Such relations are truly "special".

It's nevertheless hard to avoid problems with friends， esp. those we've been getting along for 30 years. Should there be occasional frictions between countries， how can the "special" relations be maintained？

At the meeting， Wang Yi said， "at present， our cooperation is still facing some challenges. One is that we are often attacked and smeared by some forces， but this is not surprising. After all， there are different views and voices. What we need to do is to maintain our determination and push forward our cooperation in a solid manner， so that our peoples can feel the benefits of cooperation. "

Only with determination can we brave the difficulties. After 30 years， we see further vitality in the Free Trade Area established for the first time among countries with one third of the world's population. As Mekong River connects six nations， during the pandemic period， it is indeed a new miracle that regional trade could rise against the trend. During the meeting， Myanmar's Foreign Minister Wunna Maung Lwin said， "a friend in need is a friend indeed. During the COVID-19， China provided assistance to the countries in the Mekong River Basin and voluntarily set up the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation public health special fund to save the lives of our people. This is a symbol of true friendship. "

We are both neighbors and friends. Between meetings， we always hear this "special" name. The presence of so many friends is indebted to our "special" concept of getting along with each other. Wang Yi pointed out that both sides have adhered to integrity and good neighborliness， sought win-win cooperation， and jointly set the most successful example of cooperation in the Asia Pacific region.

Researcher Wang Yuzhu added， "the original intention of a community with a shared future for mankind is to resolve conflicts through consultation. I admit that there are differences between our civilizations， but we encourage mutual learning and inclusiveness."
