[摘要] 目的 分析福建省南平市第一醫(yī)院醫(yī)聯(lián)體內(nèi)醫(yī)務(wù)人員對(duì)醫(yī)聯(lián)體幫扶效果的滿意度及影響因素,探討促進(jìn)醫(yī)聯(lián)體建設(shè)與發(fā)展的建議。 方法 2020年6月對(duì)醫(yī)聯(lián)體內(nèi)4家托管醫(yī)院704名醫(yī)務(wù)人員為研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,采用頻數(shù)、構(gòu)成比分析醫(yī)務(wù)人員基本情況;滿意度影響因素差異采用χ2檢驗(yàn)。 結(jié)果 4家托管醫(yī)院醫(yī)務(wù)人員基本情況比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)意義(P>0.05);相較于C院,其余3家醫(yī)院醫(yī)務(wù)人員對(duì)醫(yī)聯(lián)體幫扶效果中各項(xiàng)滿意度均達(dá)80%以上,四組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);對(duì)提升基層醫(yī)療技術(shù)水平滿意度,四組比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。提升基層醫(yī)療技術(shù)水平中滿意率:男62.5%,女32.39%,兩組相比,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);<30歲者42.77%,30~40歲者35.80%,40歲以上者30.80%,三組相比,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);5年及以下工作年限32.20%,6~10年32.56%,11~15年32.43%,16年以上達(dá)29.90%,四組相比,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);不同職稱醫(yī)務(wù)人員滿意度差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。 結(jié)論 醫(yī)務(wù)人員對(duì)醫(yī)聯(lián)體下幫扶效果滿意度較為一致,但在提升基層醫(yī)療技術(shù)水平上應(yīng)進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)在醫(yī)聯(lián)體內(nèi)部的同質(zhì)化管理,給予不同特征群體醫(yī)務(wù)人員更多專業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)習(xí)平臺(tái)。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the satisfaction and its impacting factors of medical staff to the supporting effect of medical association in The First Hospital of Nanping City in Fujian Province,so as to investigate the suggestions to promote the construction and development of the medical association. Methods In June 2020,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 704 medical staff from 4 trusteeship hospitals in the medical association.The basic condition of medical staff was analyzed by frequency and composition ratio,and χ2 test was used for the difference of impacting factors of satisfaction. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the basic condition of medical staff in the four trusteeship hospitals (P>0.05).Compared with the hospital C,the satisfaction of medical staff in the other 3 hospitals on the supporting effect of the medical association all reached more than 80%,and the difference in the four groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the four groups in satisfaction with improving the level of primary medical technology (P>0.05).The satisfaction rate of improving the level of primary medical technology was 62.5% in men and 32.39% in women,with statistically significant difference between the male group and the female group(P<0.05).42.77% of them were younger than 30 years old,35.80% of them were 30-40 years old,and 30.80% of them were over 40 years old,with statistically significant difference in the three age groups(P<0.05).32.20% of them had worked for less than 5 years,32.56% of them had worked for 5-10 years,32.43% of them had worked for 11-15 years,and 29.90% of them had worked for more than 16 years,with statistically significant difference in the four groups of different working years(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in satisfaction of medical staff with different professional titles (P>0.05). Conclusion The satisfaction of medical staff to the supporting effect of the medical association was relatively consistent.However,in order to improve the level of primary medical technology,the homogenization management within the medical association should be further strengthened,and more professional and technical learning platforms should be given to medical staff of different characteristic groups.
