摘? 要:為了加速推進(jìn)高校學(xué)科接軌世界大學(xué)的教學(xué)模式,培養(yǎng)工匠精神的高技能人才,掌握先進(jìn)制造技術(shù),提升國(guó)家制造業(yè)水平,解決制造業(yè)核心技術(shù)迫在眉睫?;谥袊?guó)制造2025提出“創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)、質(zhì)量為先、結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、人才為本”的基本方針,國(guó)家提出了高校建設(shè)世界一流學(xué)科的發(fā)展目標(biāo)。建設(shè)世界一流大學(xué)學(xué)科歸根結(jié)底是本科課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提高,我國(guó)目前課堂教學(xué)模式已不適應(yīng)新時(shí)代人才發(fā)展模式的需求,通過創(chuàng)新課堂教學(xué)模式來提升人才質(zhì)量將成為驅(qū)動(dòng)人才的根本策略。將可視化3D新技術(shù)和案例數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)引入課堂教學(xué)模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)課堂思維可視化與教學(xué)可視化融合,推進(jìn)課堂教學(xué)與企業(yè)需求相結(jié)合動(dòng)態(tài)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,以企業(yè)最前沿問題為導(dǎo)向,教師引導(dǎo),旨在增強(qiáng)學(xué)生以理論知識(shí)解決實(shí)際問題為目標(biāo),從而提高學(xué)生課程興趣及課程教學(xué)質(zhì)量;同時(shí)幫助企業(yè)解決實(shí)際技術(shù)問題或提出新理論、新工藝和新技術(shù),這為高等院校模具專業(yè)課程教學(xué)模式創(chuàng)新和改革以及產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合提供借鑒。

Abstract: In order to speed up the teaching mode of integrating the disciplines of colleges and universities into the world university, cultivate the high-skilled talents with artisan spirit, master advanced manufacturing technology, and improve the level of national manufacturing industry, it is extremely urgent to solve the core technology of manufacturing industry. Therefore, based on the basic policy of "innovation-driven, quality first, structure optimization and talent oriented" proposed by Made in China 2025, the state proposes the development goal of building universities into world-class disciplines. In the final analysis, the construction of a world-class major discipline is the improvement of the quality of undergraduate classroom teaching. The current classroom teaching mode in China does not meet the needs of the talent development mode in the new era. To improve the quality of talents through innovative classroom teaching mode will become the fundamental strategy to drive talents. The case database and visualization of 3D technology added in the classroom teaching mode can integrate visualization between the classroom teaching and thinking, promote dynamic development of the innovation in classroom teaching combined with needs of enterprises, and with the enterprise forefront problem oriented, teachers' guidance, it can enhance students with theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems as the goal, improving students' interest and course teaching quality; At the same time, it can help enterprises to solve practical technical problems or put forward new theories, new processes and new technologies, which can provide reference for the innovation and reform of the teaching mode of mould major in colleges and universities as well as the combination of production, study and research.
