或not as(so)... as...例:
We’ll give you as much help as we can.
She isn’t as/so active in sports as before.
注意:肯定句中as... as...不能用so... as...代替。

【答案剖析】1)A. as... as中間用形容詞的原級,所以應(yīng)選A。
Talent shows are getting more and more popular.
【要點(diǎn)解析】“more and more+形容詞或副詞的原級”表示“越來…… 例:
Learning a foreign language is more and more important.
Our country is getting more and more beautiful.
試比較:“the more+主語+謂語, the more+主語+謂語”表示“越…… 例:
The more books you read, the wider your knowledge is.
The more food you eat, the fatter you are.

2)The harder we work, the result we will get.
A. faster B. fewer C. better D. smaller

However, not everybody enjoys watching these shows.
【要點(diǎn)解析】1)部分否定:當(dāng)not出現(xiàn)在含有表示全部肯定的both和不定代詞all、every、everyone、everybody、everything及副詞everywhere、always、altogether句子中時(shí),即表示整體中的一部分被否定。
Not everyone thinks that the problem is so serious.
Not both the books are worth reading in your free time.
2)全部否定:英語中表示兩者“全不”時(shí)常用neither;表示三者以上的“全不”時(shí),常用否定詞語no one、none、nothing、nobody、never、nowhere、not...any以及no+名詞等。例:
No one knew how to solve the problem.
None of these people will go to the park to run around the lake.
Nothing is impossible.
Nobody wasn’t invited to visit her new house.
The cleverest housewife can’t cook a meal without rice.

3)C. neither
4)being.? enjoy
