On the morning of September 27,2022,co-sponsored by the Jiangxi Association of Social Sciences and the Jiangxi Academy of Social Sciences,the special section of the first Jiangxi social sciences annual conference on “Comprehensive Green Transformation and Development and Ecological Enrichment” was held in Jiangxi Academy of Social Sciences by the Academic Center of Jiangxi Association of Social Sciences,the Research Center of Ecological Civilization and Rural Revitalization of Jiangxi Academy of Social Sciences,the Key Discipline of Ecological Civilization and Ecological Economy of Jiangxi Academy of Social Sciences,and the Evaluation and Research Center of Ecological Civilization Construction of Jiangxi Province.More than 60 experts and scholars from universities and research institutions attended the conference,and had warm exchanges and heated discussions on the goals of green transformation development,comprehensive construction of beautiful Jiangxi,serving the harmonious modernization of Jiangxi people and nature,and so on.Yang Kaizhong,secretary of the Party Committee of the Institute of Ecological Civilization of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences,delivered a keynote report entitled“Beyond the Kaya Formula: A New Logic of Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality”.Professor Hu Haibo from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics,general manager Zhu Guiping from the Financial Markets Department of the Bank of Jiangxi,associate researcher He Xiongwei from Jiangxi Academy of Social Sciences,associate professor Xia Tiantian from Yunnan Normal University,and associate professor Liu Yong from Jiangxi Provincial Party School also delivered speeches and made indepth explorations of the cases of green innovation in enterprises,carbon trading market,“Wetland Bank”,green development and the realization of ecological product value,etc.

2022 年9 月27 日上午，由江西省社會(huì)科學(xué)界聯(lián)合會(huì)、江西省社會(huì)科學(xué)院聯(lián)合主辦，江西省社聯(lián)學(xué)術(shù)中心、江西省社會(huì)科學(xué)院生態(tài)文明與鄉(xiāng)村振興研究中心、江西省社會(huì)科學(xué)院生態(tài)文明與生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)重點(diǎn)學(xué)科、江西省生態(tài)文明建設(shè)評(píng)價(jià)研究中心承辦的首屆江西社會(huì)科學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)年會(huì)“全面綠色轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展與生態(tài)富民”專(zhuān)題分會(huì)在江西省社會(huì)科學(xué)院舉行。江西省社聯(lián)黨組書(shū)記、主席羅勇兵，江西省社會(huì)科學(xué)院黨組書(shū)記蔣金法出席分會(huì)并致辭，江西省社會(huì)科學(xué)院黨組成員、副院長(zhǎng)龔劍飛主持會(huì)議，來(lái)自全國(guó)各高校和研究機(jī)構(gòu)的專(zhuān)家學(xué)者60 余人參會(huì)。

羅勇兵在致辭中指出，在喜迎黨的二十大勝利召開(kāi)的重要時(shí)刻，隆重舉行2022 年（首屆）江西社會(huì)科學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)年會(huì)，探討全面綠色轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展與生態(tài)富民，具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。

蔣金法在致辭時(shí)指出，要深入學(xué)習(xí)貫徹習(xí)近平總書(shū)記視察江西時(shí)重要講話(huà)精神，做好治山理水、顯山露水的文章，助推打造美麗中國(guó)“江西樣板”。作為全國(guó)生態(tài)文明試驗(yàn)區(qū)和全國(guó)“最綠”的省份之一，江西全省上下正聚焦“作示范、勇?tīng)?zhēng)先”的目標(biāo)要求，奮力打造全面綠色轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的引領(lǐng)之地、標(biāo)桿之地、示范之地。此次會(huì)議既是江西社會(huì)科學(xué)院深入學(xué)習(xí)貫徹習(xí)近平生態(tài)文明思想和習(xí)近平總書(shū)記視察江西重要講話(huà)精神的具體行動(dòng)，又是喜迎黨的二十大勝利召開(kāi)的重要方式。

中國(guó)社會(huì)科學(xué)院生態(tài)文明研究所黨委書(shū)記楊開(kāi)忠研究員作了題為“超越卡亞公式：碳達(dá)峰碳中和新邏輯”的主旨報(bào)告。他認(rèn)為卡亞公式存在未考慮生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的貢獻(xiàn)、忽視國(guó)土空間因素對(duì)碳排放的影響、忽視循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)、片面強(qiáng)調(diào)生產(chǎn)消費(fèi)過(guò)程去碳化等問(wèn)題，提出將空間經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)與“雙碳”目標(biāo)相結(jié)合，構(gòu)造考慮運(yùn)距和運(yùn)量的新公式，并與歐美日等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家進(jìn)行比較，這樣有利于理解和把握“雙碳”實(shí)踐的不同方向和領(lǐng)域。

在專(zhuān)題演講中，江西財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)胡海波教授通過(guò)探索性單案例研究，深入解讀了企業(yè)綠色創(chuàng)新的細(xì)分邏輯；江西銀行金融市場(chǎng)部朱桂平副總經(jīng)理提出，個(gè)人與企業(yè)的碳交易融合有助于實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能減排的良性循環(huán)；江西省社會(huì)科學(xué)院何雄偉副研究員梳理了江西省“濕地銀行”試點(diǎn)一年來(lái)取得的經(jīng)驗(yàn)及遇到的問(wèn)題，并提出完善建議；云南師范大學(xué)夏天添副教授通過(guò)案例分析，構(gòu)建了基于綠色發(fā)展模式的江西共同富裕實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)制模型；江西省委黨校劉勇副教授提出要以系統(tǒng)思維加快實(shí)現(xiàn)生態(tài)產(chǎn)品價(jià)值，推動(dòng)人與自然和諧共生。

此次專(zhuān)題分會(huì)聚焦“雙碳”背景下江西全面綠色轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展、江西生態(tài)產(chǎn)品價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)制等議題，圍繞綠色轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展、全面建設(shè)美麗江西、服務(wù)江西人與自然和諧共生現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)等目標(biāo)展開(kāi)熱烈交流與討論。研討內(nèi)容既有理論層面上的探究，又有實(shí)踐層面的總結(jié)；既有總體分析，又有案例解剖；既有對(duì)金融市場(chǎng)的深度探討，又有對(duì)企業(yè)主體的深入解讀。
