濱州之地標(biāo)

濱州，地處魯北平原、黃河三角洲腹地，是山東省的“北大門”，也是黃河?xùn)|流入海的重要一站。一直以來，由于缺少標(biāo)志性建筑，外地人很難對這座城市留下深刻印象。黃河樓的建成，讓更多人記住了濱州。

黃河樓由山東省城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃設(shè)計研究院設(shè)計，于2011年10月1日建成，建筑面積9488平方米，高79.1米，地上11層，地下1層。

外觀上，黃河樓以中國古建筑的“面貌”示人，內(nèi)部則基本上是現(xiàn)代建筑結(jié)構(gòu)。9重帶斗拱起翹的屋檐，寓意黃河99道彎；9個明層的設(shè)計理念，源于黃河流經(jīng)9個省（自治區(qū)），在山東流經(jīng)9個市。為便于游人遠眺，每個明層均設(shè)有觀光外廊、觀光平臺和觀光窗。在黃河樓的一層周邊，還建有連廊和角亭，供游人休憩。

黃河樓整體色調(diào)為灰紅色，寓意氣勢恢宏。利用現(xiàn)代混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)可以做較大懸挑的特點，黃河樓還有著與眾不同的建筑輪廓線。設(shè)計師把古建筑的卷棚元素穿插在每層的挑檐中，這樣既消除了層層挑檐的單調(diào)，又利用了卷棚的弧線特點，在上挑的檐角處，用浪花樣式取代古建筑的吻獸，從而產(chǎn)生“黃河之水天上來”的效果。

作為蒲湖風(fēng)景區(qū)的一個重要組成部分，黃河樓的建設(shè)目標(biāo)是建成集旅游觀光、黃河文化展示、書畫工藝品展銷于一體的公共建筑。如今，黃河樓已成為濱州城市建設(shè)的新亮點和黃河沿岸的重要景觀之一，為助推濱州市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)和文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展發(fā)揮了積極作用。

讀懂一座城

登上黃河樓最頂層，借助望遠鏡向遠方望去，天地之間，一幅壯美的畫卷呈現(xiàn)在眼前。向南遠眺，可觀黃河穿城而過，領(lǐng)略地上懸河從“空中”流過的神奇與壯觀；向北俯瞰，可覽主城區(qū)風(fēng)貌，感受現(xiàn)代化城市的繁華與變遷。

樓外的“大場面”令人心胸開闊，樓內(nèi)的“小景觀”則讓人倍感新奇。從第1層到第11層，黃河樓內(nèi)，幾乎每一層都有一個展覽，主題各異，看點不一。展覽總體圍繞濱州黃河文化，以“黃河明珠 智者智城”為主題，通過多樣的互動形式與聲光電各類高科技手段，多維度講述濱州獨樹一幟的黃河文化以及其依水而建、緣水而興、因水而美的城市故事。

黃河的滋養(yǎng)，孕育了濱州多樣的民俗文化遺產(chǎn)。為多元化展示帶有濱州特色的非遺文化及地方民俗，黃河樓3樓的“藝術(shù)黃河”展廳設(shè)置了沉浸式場景非遺民俗體驗區(qū)，通過場景復(fù)原結(jié)合多媒體影像等手段，讓觀眾駐足之間就能了解一城文化。胡集書會、呂劇、剪紙、草柳編等極具濱州地方特色的民俗文化遺產(chǎn)，都能在這里得到立體的呈現(xiàn)。

來到位于第4層的“飛悅黃河”5D影院，在熱氣球的帶領(lǐng)下，從黃河入?？诔霭l(fā)，飛越濱州沿黃兩岸，片刻之間便可領(lǐng)略黃河沿岸的大美景觀。這一由多媒體裝置營造出來的環(huán)游式創(chuàng)意性游玩體驗，給人以身臨其境的感受，令人回味無窮。

自古以來，黃河以“善淤、善決、善遷”而著稱，位于第8層的“歷史黃河”展廳，通過疊加的半透明展屏，直觀呈現(xiàn)歷史上黃河河道變遷的過程。第11層設(shè)置黃河主題展，所展出的每一張照片，都在訴說著濱州擁河而生、因河而興的故事……

一座黃河樓，內(nèi)外皆風(fēng)景。一條大河與一座城市之間的故事，等待著更多人去挖掘、去書寫。

融入大格局

“這里有一座黃河樓，經(jīng)風(fēng)雨，壯筋骨，昂起頭。無論花開正濃，還是落葉深秋，一軸水韻畫卷，萬物競風(fēng)流……”由知名詞作家、音樂人、濱州市音樂家協(xié)會副主席路興華創(chuàng)作，山東歌舞劇院青年歌唱家閆寒譜曲的原創(chuàng)歌曲《黃河樓》，藝術(shù)化地展現(xiàn)了黃河樓的風(fēng)采，同時，也寄托了濱州人對黃河的無限深情。

滔滔黃河水，滋養(yǎng)了濱州厚重綿長的歷史文化，濱州也一直在深入挖掘黃河文化所蘊涵的時代價值。而黃河樓，正是承載濱州黃河文化的重要載體之一。

近年來，隨著黃河流域生態(tài)保護和高質(zhì)量發(fā)展上升為國家戰(zhàn)略，濱州積極響應(yīng)，努力建設(shè)黃河下游生態(tài)保護和高質(zhì)量發(fā)展示范高地，在“讓黃河成為造福人民的幸福河”的偉大事業(yè)中貢獻濱州力量，展現(xiàn)濱州擔(dān)當(dāng)。

作為黃河流域生態(tài)保護和高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的一顆璀璨明珠，黃河樓從不同角度展現(xiàn)了不同時期的黃河文化，以及讓害河變?yōu)樾腋：拥膫ゴ髩雅e。它不僅為濱州市民提供了一個高層次的旅游景點，作為濱州市的地標(biāo)性建筑、網(wǎng)紅打卡地、城市會客廳，還將多維度展示濱州的黃河文化，講述濱州的城市故事，記錄濱州邁向“黃河時代”的精彩歷程。

黃河落天走東海，萬里寫入胸懷間。立于黃河樓上，在歷史的波濤、歲月的長風(fēng)中，與不遠萬里而來的黃河來一次親切“會面”，怎能不令人豪情滿懷。

Yellow River Tower： Full of Pride and Energy

On Dongguan Island， Pu Lake Scenic Area， Bincheng District， Binzhou City， a tower-type building stands majestically. It is the Yellow River Tower， a landmark building of Binzhou and even the Yellow River delta.

Designed by the Shandong Urban and Rural Planning Design Institute， completed on October 1， 2011， the tower has a floor area of 9，488 square meters and a height of 79.1 meters， including 11 floors aboveground and 1 floor underground.

Ascending the top floor of the tower， looking in the direction of the telescope， you could see a splendid picture between heaven and earth. Overlooking the south， you could see the Yellow River flowing through the city， and enjoy the miracle and grandeur of the aboveground river flowing in the “air”； overlooking the north， you could enjoy the landscape of the downtown， and feel the prosperity and changes of the modern city.

The rolling Yellow River has nourished the long and profound history and culture of Binzhou， and Binzhou has been thoroughly exploring the era value of the river. The Yellow River Tower is one of the important carriers of Binzhous Yellow River culture. As a bright pearl in the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River basin， the tower displays the specific embodiments of the Yellow River culture in different periods， and the great achievement in turning a damaged river into a happy river from different perspectives. It provides a high-level tourist attraction for the citizens of Binzhou. Moreover， in the future， it will present Binzhous Yellow River culture， narrate Binzhous city stories， and record the wonderful process of Binzhou entering the “Yellow River era” in a multi-dimensional manner as the landmark building， Internet-famous tourist attraction， and city reception hall of Binzhou.

How could we not be filled with boundless pride when standing on the Yellow River Tower to have a cordial “meeting” with the Yellow River coming from afar amid the waves of history and the wind of years？
