1. Wind（纏繞） a pipe cleaner around your finger. This is the puppets body.

2. Roll the rest like this.

3. Glue a pom-pom to it. This is the head.

4. Glue a plastic eye to it.

5. Make a bow with another pipe cleaner.

6. Glue the bow to the back. A finger puppet is ready.
