吳春花 《建筑技藝》(AT)執(zhí)行主編
記得2021年4月參觀品鑒江蘇園博園主展館,那是基于水泥廠的改擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目,從建筑單體到群組空間,從保留遺存到穿插新建,從厚重的結(jié)構(gòu)到柔和的結(jié)構(gòu),建構(gòu)如植物一般生機(jī)勃發(fā);此次來到榮成市少年宮,當(dāng)聽海風(fēng)呼嘯穿越拱洞,當(dāng)感清水混凝土拱券之山石趣味,當(dāng)觀屋頂斜坡上狼尾草隨風(fēng)搖曳與海面遼闊,那是一種擁抱自然的心曠神怡。一個(gè)是為大眾觀覽的集群,一個(gè)是為青少年的活動(dòng)中心,開放、自由的空間體驗(yàn)下,不同的環(huán)境、功能,不同的空間意象,不同的材料與工藝,塑造了完全不同的趣味。本期“AT建筑”選取崔愷院士團(tuán)隊(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的榮成市少年宮,從建筑、景觀、照明、材料、建造層面多維解讀風(fēng)景中的“砼”趣。
“本土設(shè)計(jì)”,即建筑立足于土地,因地制宜選擇不同的設(shè)計(jì)策略;建筑無法超越自然,卻可以向自然學(xué)習(xí),彌合與自然的關(guān)系,可隨形、嵌入,或靠色、順勢(shì),或延伸、點(diǎn)景,成為與自然、人文環(huán)境共存的風(fēng)景的有機(jī)部分?;氐綐s成市少年宮,設(shè)計(jì)如何為青少年、大眾及城市、環(huán)境創(chuàng)造風(fēng)景呢?這是海邊的風(fēng)帆之景,就像徐徐駛出的航船,充滿野趣的花徑引導(dǎo)人們走向“船頭”迎向大海;這是海風(fēng)、天光穿梭的“砼”趣之景,清水混凝土拱、殼、穹組合、穿插形成的孔洞及其開敞的公共廣場(chǎng),吸引著人們,也吸納著自然光與自然風(fēng);這是技藝精湛的建造之景,匠人們?nèi)S深化、樣板試驗(yàn)、支模、一體澆筑堪稱完美;這也是立于城市與自然之間的綠色之景,建筑與結(jié)構(gòu)、機(jī)電、裝飾、景觀的一體化設(shè)計(jì)是以建筑師為主導(dǎo)的綠色建筑實(shí)踐的強(qiáng)有力彰顯。所有這些都使得建筑成為一道獨(dú)特的童趣之景。
從崔愷院士團(tuán)隊(duì)的榮成市少年宮到蘭州城市規(guī)劃展覽館,設(shè)計(jì)與建造之間,建筑與風(fēng)景之間,自然與城市之間,是技藝,是匠心,更是建筑師對(duì)自然的無限向往。
I remember visiting Jiangsu Horticultural Expo in April 2021,which is the reconstruction and expansion based on the cement plant.From building monomer to group space,from retaining remains to interspersed new construction,from thick structure to soft structure,the construction is full of vitality like plants.When I came to Rongcheng Youth Activity Center this time,when I heard the sea breeze roaring through the arch hole,when I felt the mountain and stone interest of as-cast finish concrete arch,and when I saw the pennisetum swaying with the wind and the vast sea on the roof slope,it was a relaxed and happy embrace of nature.One is a cluster for the public,the other is an activity center for teenagers.With the open and free space experience,different environments,functions,spatial images,materials and technique shape completely different interests.This issue of "AT special" selects Rongcheng Youth Activity Center designed by Academician Cui Kai's team to interpret the "concrete" interest in the landscape from the aspects of architecture,landscape,lighting,materials and construction.
"Land-based Rationalism",that is,buildings are based on land and choose different design strategies according to local conditions.Architecture cannot surpass nature,but it can learn from nature and bridge the relationship with nature.It can follow the shape,embed,or take similar color,follow the trend,or extend and point the scenery,so as to become an organic part of the landscape coexisting with nature and humanistic environment.Back to Rongcheng Youth Activity Center,how can the design create scenery for teenagers,the public,the city and the environment? This is the scenery of sails on the beach,just like a ship slowly sailing out.The flower path full of wild interest guides people to the "bow" to meet the sea.This is an interesting scene of "concrete" shuttling between sea breeze and sky light.The combination of as-cast finish concrete arches,shells and domes,interspersed holes and open public squares attract people,as well as natural light and natural wind.This is the scene of exquisite construction.The 3D deepening,model test,formwork erection and integrated pouring of the craftsmen are perfect.This is also a landscape between the city and nature.The integrated design of architecture and structure,electromechanical,decoration and landscape is a strong manifestation of the green building practice led by architects.All these make architecture a unique scene of children's naiveness.
From Rongcheng Youth Activity Center to the Lanzhou Urban Planning Exhibition Hall,between design and construction,between architecture and landscape,between nature and city,there are skill,ingenuity,and architects' infinite longing for nature.
