The ideological and political education endows Chinese modernization with the leading force of values， the driving force of spirits， the guiding force of theories and the critical support .

Abstract:With the development of information technology, the concept of “metaverse” is moving from science fiction to reality, which is positioned as a new stage of the development of cyber society with a series of social significance and future imagination. From the dimension of cyber power, this paper studies the social potential of the metaverse and the transformative impact brought about by it. In the metaverse society, the dilemma of cyber power in the Web 2.0 era will be resolved, and “cyber power” proposed by Castells will have the opportunity to become a reality. Empowering and decentralized technology will become the driving force for the realization of cyber power. The community of netizens created together by sensibility will become the main body of cyber power. The autonomous organization of distributed decision-making will become the support of cyber power. Netizens will redefine and construct power in their own interaction, and then gather to produce a huge force beyond our imagine, creating a new power pattern in the metaverse society.

Abstract:In the stage of rural vitalization, preventing the risk of large-scale returning to impoverishment is the foundation and premise to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation, and to fulfill an effective connection between targeted poverty alleviation and rural vitalization. This paper extracts the main risks in the rural vitalization, such as the frequent natural disasters, the hidden danger of life and health, the increase of market risks and the deviation of policy implementation, and analyzes the inducement to the risk of large-scale returning to impoverishment from two aspects, and then reveals its evolution and occurrence mechanism. It is suggested to establish a blocking mechanism for the risk of large-scale returning to impoverishment in rural vitalization from source identifying, cooperative governance and subjectivity reinvention.

Abstract:Reshaping the urban-rural relationship and further promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas have become important measures to promote rural vitalization and agricultural and rural modernization. The digital economy promotes the improvement of factor allocation efficiency, drives the optimization of urban and rural industrial structures, and drives the sharing of public resources. The sharing of data elements, the improvement of digital infrastructure, the enhancement of digital governance, and the guarantee of digital policies will help the digital economy to empower the multidimensional integration of urban and rural areas. To this end, it is necessary to strengthen the linking role of the digital economy in the development of urban and rural areas and explore ways to give full play to the effectiveness of empowerment.
