摘 要: 【目的】為了改變由于生產(chǎn)中有機(jī)肥補(bǔ)給不足而造成蘋(píng)果含糖量低、著色差、生產(chǎn)效益低的局面,研究了施用腐熟羊糞對(duì)蘋(píng)果品質(zhì)的影響并進(jìn)行了田間施用試驗(yàn)?!痉椒ā吭囼?yàn)設(shè)4個(gè)處理,在2020年9月20日、11月18日、2021年3月5日施入腐熟羊糞,每株施用腐熟羊糞15 kg,每次施用面積0.02 hm2,施用10株,對(duì)照CK區(qū)不施羊糞,其他管理措施相同。2021年10月下旬至11月初調(diào)查新梢生長(zhǎng)長(zhǎng)度,新梢粗度、花序坐果率、果個(gè)大小、單果質(zhì)量、著色程度、含糖量、產(chǎn)量等?!窘Y(jié)果】9月中旬施用腐熟羊糞的葉片比沒(méi)有施用羊糞的平均每片葉增重0.1 g,新梢生長(zhǎng)最長(zhǎng),最粗,坐果率最高,新梢平均生長(zhǎng)長(zhǎng)度增長(zhǎng)5.7 cm,新梢粗度平均增粗0.5 mm,每花序平均坐果率提高12個(gè)百分點(diǎn);果徑80 cm 以上果實(shí)果個(gè)提高21個(gè)百分點(diǎn),單果質(zhì)量增加30 g,著色面積增加11個(gè)百分點(diǎn),含糖量增加0.8個(gè)百分點(diǎn),畝(667 m2)產(chǎn)量增產(chǎn)135 kg,畝(667 m2)收入增加2 732元?!窘Y(jié)論】蘋(píng)果生產(chǎn)中施用腐熟羊糞可增加葉片質(zhì)量,提高植株制造光合產(chǎn)物的能力,有利植株健壯生長(zhǎng),枝條的加長(zhǎng)生長(zhǎng)和加粗生長(zhǎng)都有明顯改善,花序坐果率比沒(méi)有施用羊糞會(huì)明顯提高。施用腐羊糞的蘋(píng)果果個(gè)明顯變大,著色鮮艷,果實(shí)含糖量提高,產(chǎn)量增加,收入提高,對(duì)蘋(píng)果增產(chǎn)、提質(zhì)增效都有很好的促進(jìn)作用。

Application Effect Test of Rancid Sheep Dung in Apple Production

Abstract: 【Objective】In order to change the situation of low sugar content, color difference and low production efficiency of apple due to the lack of organic fertilizer supply in production, the effect of application of rancid sheep manure on apple quality was studied and field application experiment was carried out.【Methods】Four treatments were set up in the experiment. Decomposed sheep dung was applied on September 20, November 18, 2020 and March 5, 2021, with 15 kg of decomposed sheep dung per plant and 0.02 hm2 of each application area. 10 plants were applied, and no sheep dung was applied in CK area. From late October to early November 2021, the growth length of new shoots, thickness of new shoots, fruit setting rate of inflorescences, fruit size, individual fruit quality, coloring degree, sugar content and yield were investigated.【Resutts】In mid-September, the average weight per leaf increased by 0.1 g. The growth of new shoots was the longest, the coarsest, and the fruit setting rate was the highest. The average growth length of new shoots increased by 5.7 cm, the average thickness of new shoots increased by 0.5 mm, and the average fruit setting rate per inflorescence increased by 12 percentage points. Fruit size above 80# increased by 21 percentage points, single fruit weight increased by 30 g, coloring area increased by 11 percentage points, sugar content increased by 0.8 percentage points, 667 m2 yield increased by 135 kg, 667 m2 income increased by 2 732 yuan.【Conclusion】The application of decomposed sheep dung in apple production can increase the quality of leaves, improve the ability of plant to produce photosynthates, and facilitate the robust growth of plants. The elongation and thickening growth of branches can be significantly improved, and the fruit setting rate of inflorescences can be significantly improved compared with no application of sheep dung. The fruit size of the apple with the application of sheep dung is obviously larger, colorful, the sugar content of the fruit is increased, the yield is increased, the income is increased, and it has a good promotion effect on the increase of apple production, quality and efficiency.

近年來(lái),靜寧蘋(píng)果品質(zhì)下降嚴(yán)重,分析原因主要是因?yàn)榉N植面積過(guò)大,生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中有機(jī)肥補(bǔ)給不足,土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)消耗得不到足夠補(bǔ)給所致,導(dǎo)致所產(chǎn)蘋(píng)果含糖量上不去,著色不太理想,表光差,沒(méi)亮度,賣(mài)相差,嚴(yán)重影響生產(chǎn)效益的提高,為了改變這一局面,靜寧果農(nóng)大量開(kāi)始從內(nèi)蒙、青海等牧局拉運(yùn)羊糞,腐熟后給蘋(píng)果樹(shù)施用,為了驗(yàn)證施用腐熟羊糞對(duì)蘋(píng)果品質(zhì)的影響,我們進(jìn)行了田間施用試驗(yàn)。
1 材料與方法
1.1 試驗(yàn)材料
試驗(yàn)于2020—2021年在靜寧縣李店鎮(zhèn)王溝村王輝果園進(jìn)行,試驗(yàn)園為22年生煙富6號(hào),試驗(yàn)面積0.12 hm2(1.8畝),種植密度33株/畝(667 m2),海拔14 018 m,年降雨量466 mm,年平均溫度8.7 ℃,≥10 ℃有效積溫3 286 ℃,無(wú)霜期172 d。試驗(yàn)園樹(shù)體生長(zhǎng)均衡,管理水平中等,供試羊糞是從市面購(gòu)買(mǎi)的內(nèi)蒙拉運(yùn)純羊糞。
1.2 調(diào)查設(shè)計(jì)
試驗(yàn)設(shè)4個(gè)處理,分別在不同時(shí)間施入等量羊糞,對(duì)照不施。
在羊糞施用區(qū),處理A(2020年9月20日)、處理B(2020年11月18日)、處理C(2021年3月5日)每株施用腐熟羊糞15 kg,每處理施用面積0.02 hm2(0.3畝),施用10株,對(duì)照CK區(qū)不施羊糞,其他管理措施相同。2021年10月下旬在小區(qū)內(nèi)隨機(jī)調(diào)查百葉重、新梢生長(zhǎng)長(zhǎng)度,新梢粗度、花序坐果率等;2021年11月初果實(shí)采收時(shí)調(diào)查果個(gè)大小、單果質(zhì)量、著色程度、含糖量、產(chǎn)量、收入等。
1.3 調(diào)查方法
1.3.1 施用羊糞對(duì)蘋(píng)果生長(zhǎng)結(jié)果的影響
1)百葉重測(cè)定:每一處理內(nèi)每株樹(shù)采摘10片葉,共采集100片葉,用天平稱重。
2)新梢生長(zhǎng)長(zhǎng)度和粗度測(cè)定:新梢生長(zhǎng)長(zhǎng)度和粗度分別用卷尺和游標(biāo)卡尺測(cè)量,在10月下旬,每一處理選取5株,用卷尺測(cè)量全部新梢長(zhǎng)度,計(jì)算平均新梢生長(zhǎng)長(zhǎng)度,用游標(biāo)卡尺測(cè)量全部新梢粗度,計(jì)算新梢平均粗度。
3)花序坐果率測(cè)定:在5月中旬坐果后每處理選取5株,實(shí)際數(shù)花序坐果量,按實(shí)際坐果數(shù)/花序數(shù),計(jì)算坐果率。
1.3.2 施用羊糞對(duì)蘋(píng)果產(chǎn)量和質(zhì)量影響的調(diào)查
在11月果實(shí)采收后,每處理隨機(jī)抽取100個(gè)果實(shí),用分級(jí)板進(jìn)行分級(jí)測(cè)果實(shí)大小,用磅稱稱100個(gè)果實(shí)的質(zhì)量,計(jì)算單果質(zhì)量,測(cè)定每株結(jié)果數(shù),計(jì)算畝(667 m2)產(chǎn)量,用測(cè)糖儀測(cè)定果實(shí)含糖量、測(cè)定果實(shí)著色面積,計(jì)算著色度,根據(jù)實(shí)際銷售情況,計(jì)算畝收入。
2 結(jié)果與分析
表1試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,蘋(píng)果生產(chǎn)中不論任何時(shí)候施用充分腐熟羊糞的,葉片重量、新梢生長(zhǎng)長(zhǎng)度、新梢粗度都明顯的比沒(méi)有施用的重、長(zhǎng)、粗;不論任何時(shí)候施用腐熟熟羊糞的,坐果率比沒(méi)有施用的都有所提高。施用時(shí)期不同,葉片增重,新梢生長(zhǎng)長(zhǎng)度、粗度,花序坐果率是有區(qū)別的,其中以9月中旬施用腐熟羊糞的葉片增重最明顯,比沒(méi)有施用羊糞的平均每片葉增重0.1 g,新梢生長(zhǎng)最長(zhǎng),最粗,坐果率最高,新梢平均生長(zhǎng)長(zhǎng)度較沒(méi)有施用羊糞長(zhǎng)5.7 cm,新梢粗度比沒(méi)有施用羊糞平均增粗0.5 mm,每花序平均坐果率比沒(méi)有施用羊糞的提高12個(gè)百分點(diǎn)(見(jiàn)表1)。
表2的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,施用腐熟羊糞能提高大果比率,促進(jìn)果實(shí)膨大,增加果實(shí)質(zhì)量,增進(jìn)果實(shí)著色,提高果實(shí)含水量、含糖量,提高單位面積產(chǎn)量。不同時(shí)期施用腐熟羊糞的效果是有區(qū)別的,其中以9月中旬施用的效果最理想。80# 以上大果比對(duì)照提高21個(gè)百分點(diǎn),單果質(zhì)量增加30 g,著色面積增加11個(gè)百分點(diǎn),含糖量增加0.8個(gè)百分點(diǎn),畝(667 m2)產(chǎn)量增135 kg,畝(667 m2)收入增加2 732元。
4 討論與結(jié)論
1)蘋(píng)果生產(chǎn)中施用腐熟羊糞可增加葉片質(zhì)量,提高植株制造光合產(chǎn)物的能力,有利植株健壯生長(zhǎng),枝條的加長(zhǎng)生長(zhǎng)和加粗生長(zhǎng)都有明顯改善,花序坐果率比沒(méi)有施用羊糞會(huì)明顯提高。施用腐熟羊糞的蘋(píng)果果個(gè)明顯變大,著色鮮艷,果實(shí)含糖量提高,產(chǎn)量增加,收入提高,對(duì)蘋(píng)果增產(chǎn)、提質(zhì)增效都有很好的促進(jìn)作用,是提高蘋(píng)果賣(mài)相,克服蘋(píng)果賣(mài)難現(xiàn)象的有效措施之一。
2)在蘋(píng)果生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中不同時(shí)期施用腐熟羊糞,增產(chǎn)提質(zhì)增效的效果是有區(qū)別的,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,秋季施用的效果比冬季施用的好。冬季施用的比春季的好,主要原因在于秋季施用腐熟羊糞有相當(dāng)?shù)牧坑糜诨ㄑ糠只倪M(jìn)行,有利形成優(yōu)質(zhì)花芽,優(yōu)質(zhì)花芽是結(jié)好果、結(jié)大果的基礎(chǔ);秋季施用的腐熟羊糞,冬前樹(shù)體會(huì)吸收一部分,會(huì)增加樹(shù)體的貯藏營(yíng)養(yǎng),樹(shù)體貯藏營(yíng)養(yǎng)多,有利春季早發(fā)葉,長(zhǎng)大葉,葉片大制造光合產(chǎn)物能力強(qiáng),有利光合產(chǎn)物積累,提高產(chǎn)量;促進(jìn)枝條早發(fā)早停長(zhǎng),有利枝條長(zhǎng)粗,形成壯枝,壯枝結(jié)好果。飽花、大葉、壯枝對(duì)產(chǎn)量提高和品質(zhì)提升有很好的促進(jìn)作用。
3)根據(jù)觀察在蘋(píng)果生長(zhǎng)的過(guò)程中,不同時(shí)期施用腐熟羊糞效果不同,主要是施入土壤中后,羊糞的吸收利用是有區(qū)別的。目前普遍認(rèn)為,葉片的蒸騰作用是蘋(píng)果樹(shù)吸收營(yíng)養(yǎng)的動(dòng)力,在秋季葉片完整,氣溫高,蒸騰作用旺盛,施入土壤中腐熟的羊糞大部分會(huì)被樹(shù)體吸收利用,因而對(duì)蘋(píng)果樹(shù)的生長(zhǎng)結(jié)果、坐果、果實(shí)品質(zhì)改善作用最明顯。冬季葉片脫落,氣溫降低,蒸騰作用較弱,施入土壤中腐熟的羊糞樹(shù)體吸收的少,樹(shù)體吸收的少,則對(duì)花芽分化的影響小,樹(shù)體貯藏營(yíng)養(yǎng)少,對(duì)來(lái)年春季枝葉生長(zhǎng)的促進(jìn)作用較弱。因而冬季施用腐熟羊糞對(duì)蘋(píng)果樹(shù)的生長(zhǎng)結(jié)果、坐果及品質(zhì)的影響不及秋季施用的。春季施用的腐熟羊糞由于吸收轉(zhuǎn)化有個(gè)過(guò)程,施用后對(duì)花芽分化、樹(shù)體枝葉生長(zhǎng)的影響更弱,因而蘋(píng)果樹(shù)生產(chǎn)中施用羊糞,最好在秋季施用,以取得好的效果。
