中華營城理念作為中國城市長期發(fā)展過程中積淀而成的規(guī)劃設計理論與觀念集成，不僅蘊含著千百年來中國特有的自然觀、宇宙觀、哲學思想等，而且與以人為本的當代生態(tài)文明建設最新理念擁有共同的深層內涵，具有現(xiàn)實意義，對于當代城市規(guī)劃建設有很大的借鑒和傳承價值?？臻g基因作為營城理念作用于具體城市的空間呈現(xiàn)，將概念化、原則化的營城理念與特定空間要素的構形關系進行聯(lián)系，為傳承營城理念的規(guī)劃設計提供研究基礎。目前，基于空間基因的中華營城理念傳承路徑已在“十三五”國家戰(zhàn)略——雄安新區(qū)、“十四五”國家戰(zhàn)略——長三角生態(tài)綠色一體化發(fā)展示范區(qū)、濟南新舊動能轉換起步區(qū)中成功應用，取得了良好的社會經濟文化效益?！?/p>

The national strategy is an overall strategy for the comprehensive development, rational allocation and effective use of national power for the purpose of safeguarding and promoting national interests and realising national goals, which directly affects the long-term interests of the country and relates to the realisation of the country's long-term goals.The development of a country depends not only on the progress and improvement of its economy, science and technology, and national defence strengths, but also on the prosperity of its culture.How to disseminate Chinese wisdom and Chinese stories in the context of globalisation effectively - that is, how to gain greater understanding and recognition from the world through cultural dissemination, is one of the indispensable and important elements of Chinese national strategy.

As an integration of planning theories and concepts accumulated during the long-term development of Chinese cities, the Chinese traditional planning thoughts not only contains the unique Chinese view of nature, cosmology and philosophical thinking over the past thousands of years, but also shares the deeper connotation with the latest concept of human-oriented construction of contemporary ecological civilisation, which is still practically significant and of great value for reference and inheritance in contemporary urban planning and construction.The space gene, as the spatial presentation of the concept of urban planning in specific cities, links the conceptualised and principled concept of urban planning with the configuration of specific spatial elements, and provides a research basis for the planning and design of inheriting the concept of urban planning.Nowadays,the space-gene-based inheritance path of Chinese traditional planning thoughts has been successfully applied to the 13th Five-Year National Strategy - Xiong'an New Area, the 14th Five-Year National Strategy - Green Ecological Integrated Development Demonstration Zone of the Yangtze River Delta,and Starting Area of Dynamic Transformation between Old and New in Jinan.Good social, economic and cultural benefits have been achieved.□
