在現(xiàn)代交通系統(tǒng)的支撐下，高鐵站點(diǎn)及其周邊不再是單一的交通集散空間，而是整合交通、商業(yè)、商務(wù)、文化娛樂(lè)、會(huì)展、信息服務(wù)的城市新型功能混合區(qū)，并成為新的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)與文化交流中心，是重構(gòu)城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)與展現(xiàn)城市空間特色的重要機(jī)遇。一方面，站城地區(qū)作為城市重大工程項(xiàng)目，具有塑造新時(shí)期城市空間骨架的觸媒作用。然而，目前已經(jīng)存在的大量新城建設(shè)、不斷涌現(xiàn)的各種綜合服務(wù)中心、老城中心的更新與復(fù)蘇等，如何協(xié)同它們之間的平衡發(fā)展關(guān)系成為站點(diǎn)地區(qū)開(kāi)發(fā)的難題。另一方面，站城地區(qū)作為與其他城市聯(lián)系的門(mén)戶(hù)，擔(dān)負(fù)著展示城市空間特色的窗口作用。但以往的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)一味地追求站房的雄偉和標(biāo)志性，追求廣場(chǎng)或軸線的氣派，缺乏地域和地方的特點(diǎn)，既造成了投資上的浪費(fèi)，還給旅客的出行帶來(lái)了不便，如何協(xié)調(diào)站點(diǎn)地區(qū)與其他地區(qū)的尺度、風(fēng)貌、交通等空間關(guān)系也應(yīng)受到重視。

On the one hand, the station area, as a major urban engineering project, has the catalytic role of shaping the urban spatial structure in the new era.However, how to coordinate the balanced developing relationship between the existing large number of new city construction, the emergence of various comprehensive service centres, and the renewal and recovery of the old city centre has become a complex problem in the development of station areas.On the other hand, as a gateway to connect with other cities, the station area serves as a window to display the characteristics of urban space.However, the previous planning and design blindly pursued the majestic and iconic station buildings,the style of the square or the axis, lacking regional and local characteristics, which not only caused a waste of investment, but also brought inconvenience to the travel of passengers.How to coordinate the spatial relationship between the station area and other areas should also be paid attention to.
