瑤園毓粹,仙境鐘靈。陶然黃渤,醉矣蓬瀛。半島出倫,乃神州佳釀圣地;煙臺入列,謂國際葡萄酒城。丁卯年間,國際專家評審;羅馬會上,權(quán)威機構(gòu)命名。享譽至今,綻亞洲之獨秀;亮徽如昨,呈酒業(yè)之勃興。
酒城溯本,張裕發(fā)源。華僑張弼士創(chuàng)始,一八九二年肇端。張公致富南洋,投資北國;效忠民族,實踐諾言。選址煙臺,首創(chuàng)葡萄酒企;取名張裕,主攻葡萄酒關(guān)。辟畝三千,擇外阜佳苗而植;育種百二,謀全球極品以攀。設(shè)備一新,開本族先河而釀;酒師三易,取西方長技以傳。地下窖、橡木桶,陳釀出色;玻璃瓶、軟木塞,包裝超凡。翁同龢題額,推舉“張裕釀酒”;孫中山賜墨,褒揚“品重醴泉”?!半p麒麟”名滿九州,口碑美也;四玉液香飄萬國,金獎燦然。難忘民族先驅(qū),開啟葡酒工業(yè)化;堪豪煙臺盛舉,入鐫中華世紀壇。觀夫民國初期,張裕繁榮乍現(xiàn);戰(zhàn)爭年代,酒業(yè)發(fā)展維艱。迨至國立共和,時來運轉(zhuǎn);企逢善政,產(chǎn)旺銷歡。新華誕孕之時,得“首場國宴”之青睞;中美“破冰”之際,贏“和平祝酒”之美談。毛主席關(guān)愛人民,殷期“多喝一點”;周總理扶持張裕,批撥??钊舾?。興教育才,試辦專門大學(xué);創(chuàng)優(yōu)取勝,穩(wěn)居行業(yè)前沿。白蘭地、紅玫瑰、味美思,獲評國家名酒;赤霞珠、解百納、雷司令,贏得海外訂單。乘時代強勁東風(fēng),張裕屢登國際之獎榜;憑張裕杰出貢獻,煙臺喜摘酒城之桂冠。

嗟乎!葡萄酒業(yè),施功播惠。華夏誰占先機?煙臺榮登首位。堪當發(fā)源地之先,尤具主產(chǎn)區(qū)之最。增歷史文化之光,兆國家名城之瑞。葡萄酒城,溫馨醉美。國際授之有憑,煙臺當之無愧。蓋因世界十強葡萄酒企,張裕趨前;全球七大葡萄海岸,煙臺居內(nèi)。陽光海洋沙礫,自然環(huán)境絕佳;酒廠酒莊酒城,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施完備。更有黎民淳樸善良,勤勞聰慧。乃得葡萄晶瑩剔透,品正質(zhì)優(yōu);酒液酸澀協(xié)調(diào),香甜純粹。醇厚綿柔蘊藉,何可忘懷?浪漫優(yōu)雅文明,最堪回味。既言葡萄美酒,酬爾口福;又贊酒城文化,惹人心醉。詩曰:

Today’s Wine City has thriving wine industry. It has collections of famous brands and high quality wine like legends. Changyu is still the leader both in wine industry and in market share. Wine clusters of Great Wall of COFCO, Nanshan Manor, Junding, State Guest, Jinding, Maykama, Pula Valley, and Chuliu River stand out among numerous brands, which all depends on the vast areas of grapes. Three hundred thousand mu of grapes makes up their strong bases; one hundred and sixty wine enterprises give full play to their capacities. In terms of the national proportion: its production accounts for 10%, its revenue 50%, and its profit almost 60%. With respect to the brand value: the red wine is comparable to Baijiu; Yantai wine, second only to Maotai, has been the runner-up with countless honors.
