解釋：dress parade 的意思是 a parade in full uniform for review，指受閱者穿全套軍服或制服接受檢閱，是在陸地上的檢閱儀式。fleet parade或 fleet review指艦船列隊接受檢閱，是海上閱兵式。又，漢語的“14個國家”，指中國以外的14個國家，在上下文里不會引起誤解。但是直接譯為14 countries，會被理解為包括中國在內的14個國家。最好說14 foreign countries或 14 other countries，這樣可以避免歧義。
