[摘要] 作為醫(yī)院名片和醫(yī)院文化的載體，院報(bào)在醫(yī)院發(fā)展和文化建設(shè)中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。本文從報(bào)紙定位、版面內(nèi)容、組織機(jī)制三個(gè)方面入手，結(jié)合實(shí)際工作，就如何辦好院報(bào)、促進(jìn)醫(yī)院文化建設(shè)進(jìn)行了探索和思考。

Several thoughts about how to run the hospital newspaper and promote the construction of hospital culture

[Abstract] As the carrier of hospital card and culture， the hospital newspaper plays a rather important role in the hospital development and culture construction. Combined with the actual work， starting from the newspaper orientation， page content and organizational mechanism， this article try to explore a good way for how to run the hospital newspaper in a better way so as to promote the construction of hospital culture.
