作者一席談：岸本齊史眼中的《火影忍者》

Question: When was the frst time that you thought of becoming a mangaka[日本漫畫(huà)家]and why?

Kishimoto: At some point between second and fourth grade I got into Akira Toriyama’s Dr. Slump and Dragon Ball注. I loved his characters. Also, his art really appealed to[有吸引力]me. There was something about his cartoony[卡通化]drawing style that felt right. I thought to myself, I wanted to become like him.

Q: Compared to when you first started, how do you think you’ve grown and changed both as an artist and person?

K: During my career as a mangaka, I got married, had kids and became a father. This directly infuenced[影響]the story in Naruto. Through these experiences, I realized the things that are important in the world.

提問(wèn)：你是在什么時(shí)候第一次萌生當(dāng)個(gè)漫畫(huà)家的想法呢，為什么會(huì)有這樣的想法？

岸本：從二年級(jí)到四年級(jí)，有段時(shí)間我迷上了鳥(niǎo)山明的《阿拉蕾》和《七龍珠》。我很喜歡他筆下的角色，同時(shí)他的創(chuàng)作深深吸引著我，在他那種卡通化的畫(huà)風(fēng)里有些東西讓我感覺(jué)特別棒。我不禁心想，我也想成為像他那樣的人。

問(wèn)：和你剛開(kāi)始連載那時(shí)比起來(lái)，作為一個(gè)漫畫(huà)家以及作為一個(gè)人，你覺(jué)得自己成長(zhǎng)了多少，改變了多少？

岸：在漫畫(huà)家這段職業(yè)生涯里，我結(jié)了婚，有了孩子，當(dāng)上了父親，這對(duì)《火影忍者》的故事產(chǎn)生了很直接的影響。透過(guò)這些經(jīng)歷，我才認(rèn)識(shí)到這個(gè)世界上最重要的事情是什么。

The character Naruto represents[代表]a little bit of myself and a little bit of my child. It was after my child was born that I wanted to write about Naruto’s parents. The way Naruto’s parents feel about him is very close to how I feel towards my kids. Even if I died someday, I want to leave a work in the world that would let my kids understand what I always wanted to tell them.

Q: What is your feeling toward Sasuke, who has gone through drastic[激烈的]change throughout the series?

K: Sasuke is always in the corner of my mind. Naruto and Sasuke progress[前進(jìn)，生長(zhǎng)]as a pair. So when I write about Naruto, I always have to think about Sasuke. They are on opposite[相反的]sides of the spectrum[系列], like yin and yang.

Q: The Akatsuki are one of the most colorful and intriguing[有趣的]groups of villains[惡棍]in any manga. Why did you create the Akatsuki? Do you have a favorite?

K: Itachi, Sasuke’s brother, is my favorite. The Akatsuki is an anti-hero group who are pitted[使競(jìng)爭(zhēng)]against the main characters in Naruto. But I didn’t want to just make them villains, because I thought there should be different reasons as to why they became outlaws[罪犯]against society. I wanted to explore their backgrounds just as much as I would for the heroes.

Q: When people read your manga, what do you hope they’ll take away from it?

K: In real life, it’s hard for people to understand each other because of things like differences in culture or upbringing[教養(yǎng)]. As you grow up, you start to see that sometimes things in life don’t go right. But I created Naruto to tell the younger generation that although there’s hardship in life, you can get along. Other than that, I would rather let the readers themselves fnd out what they can get from Naruto.

鳴人這個(gè)角色，有一點(diǎn)我自己的影子，也有一點(diǎn)我家小孩的影子。也就是在我孩子出生以后，我才會(huì)想寫(xiě)鳴人父母的故事。鳴人父母對(duì)他的感情就和我對(duì)自己孩子的感情相去無(wú)幾。哪怕有一天我死了，我依然想在這個(gè)世上留下這么一部作品，讓孩子們明白到我一直以來(lái)想告訴他們的事情。

問(wèn)：佐助在故事當(dāng)中發(fā)生了如此之大的變化，你現(xiàn)在對(duì)他是怎么看的呢？

岸：我在心底里一直惦記著佐助。鳴人與佐助兩人是一起成長(zhǎng)的，所以每當(dāng)我描寫(xiě)鳴人的時(shí)候，也總會(huì)考慮一下佐助（的情況）。他們倆就是這個(gè)系列里截然相反的兩端，就像“陰”與“陽(yáng)”一樣。

問(wèn)：曉組織可以說(shuō)是漫畫(huà)作品當(dāng)中最多姿多彩、有趣迷人的壞蛋組合之一。為什么你會(huì)構(gòu)思出“曉”？（在他們當(dāng)中）有哪個(gè)是你喜歡的嗎？

岸：我最喜歡的是佐助的哥哥——鼬?！皶浴笔且粋€(gè)反派組織，在《火影忍者》中與主角他們勢(shì)不兩立。但我并不想單純地將他們刻畫(huà)成壞人，因?yàn)槲矣X(jué)得，他們會(huì)變成反社會(huì)罪犯是出于各種不同的因由。我想進(jìn)一步挖掘這群人的背景故事，就像挖掘主人公他們的故事一樣。

問(wèn)：大家在看你的漫畫(huà)時(shí)，你會(huì)希望他們從中學(xué)到些什么東西呢？

岸：在現(xiàn)實(shí)生活當(dāng)中，由于文化差異又或是教育方式等等因素，人們很難做到互相理解。長(zhǎng)大以后，你開(kāi)始發(fā)現(xiàn)，有時(shí)候生活中很多事情都會(huì)出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題。但我創(chuàng)作《火影忍者》正是為了告訴年輕一代——盡管人生時(shí)有困境，你總能繼續(xù)前行。除此以外，我更希望讀者自己找出他們能從《火影忍者》當(dāng)中學(xué)到的東西。
