本工程主體建筑地上2層、地下1層，地下一層為設(shè)備用房、廚房、庫房、咖啡廳與展廳；一層為展廳，并附設(shè)公廁；二層為拍賣廳和休息廳。本工程為覆土建筑，屋面能夠滿足灌木和喬木的栽植要求，建筑形象上以“林海雪原”為設(shè)計理念，延續(xù)廣場景觀設(shè)計中代表金元文化的錐體母題，本工程是哈爾濱市首個申報“綠色建筑示范工程”的項目。

The main building has two above-ground levels and one underground level. The underground level is composed of equipment rooms, kitchen, storage rooms, cafe and gallery. The first floor is an exhibition hall with public restrooms. On the second floor, there are the auction hall and lounge space. This building is covered by earth with a roof suitable for shrub and tree planting. The building form is inspired by the design concept of “forest and snowfield”, and extends the cone motif of the culture of Jin-Yuan Dynasty presented in the landscape design of the existing square. This project is the first to declare in Harbin as "green building demonstration project" in Harbin.
