摘 要:由于礦井下綜采工作面的生產(chǎn)環(huán)境極其惡劣,且空間局限,大部分礦井工作面溫度高、濕度大、煤灰重、大功率設(shè)備多、且工況復(fù)雜。工人在工作面近距離操作,遇緊急情況時(shí),人員沒有躲避空間。另外,現(xiàn)場噪音、粉塵等對(duì)會(huì)工人身體健康帶來損害,迫切需要將工人從高危的生產(chǎn)環(huán)境解放出來。因此進(jìn)行綜采工作面裝備遠(yuǎn)程控制技術(shù)的研究對(duì)于實(shí)現(xiàn)煤礦安全高效生產(chǎn)、改善工人勞動(dòng)環(huán)境、降低勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度都有著十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本課題研究了綜采工作面裝備遠(yuǎn)程控制技術(shù),該技術(shù)的研究成功實(shí)現(xiàn)了煤礦綜采工作面的無人跟機(jī)操作、少人值守自動(dòng)化安全高效生產(chǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)了綜采成套裝備智能化控制系統(tǒng)核心技術(shù)的突破。該技術(shù)通過位于井下設(shè)備列車或地面調(diào)度指揮中心的監(jiān)控主機(jī)及操作臺(tái),結(jié)合綜采設(shè)備運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)及工作面視頻系統(tǒng),對(duì)綜采工作面的設(shè)備進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程啟??刂啤⒆詣?dòng)化生產(chǎn)控制以及人工遠(yuǎn)程干預(yù),實(shí)現(xiàn)在采煤生產(chǎn)過程中:以采煤機(jī)記憶割煤為主,人工遠(yuǎn)程干預(yù)為輔;以液壓支架跟隨采煤機(jī)自動(dòng)動(dòng)作為主,人工遠(yuǎn)程干預(yù)為輔;以綜采運(yùn)輸設(shè)備集中自動(dòng)化控制為主,就地控制為輔;以綜采設(shè)備智能感知為主,視頻監(jiān)控為輔;即“以工作面自動(dòng)控制為主,監(jiān)控中心遠(yuǎn)程干預(yù)控制為輔”的工作自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)“無人跟機(jī)作業(yè),有人安全值守”的開采理念,在采煤過程中做到工作面少人甚至無人。該技術(shù)的研究成功將工人從操作工變成巡檢工,由設(shè)備的自動(dòng)化替代人工勞動(dòng),大大降低了工人的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,將工人從危險(xiǎn)的工作面采場解放到相對(duì)安全的順槽監(jiān)控中心(或地面調(diào)度指揮中心),在監(jiān)控中心對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程操控,提高了工人的安全系數(shù),提高了原煤產(chǎn)量和煤炭資源回收率,可完全替代進(jìn)口技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品,對(duì)我國煤礦裝備制造業(yè)有著重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。綜采工作面裝備遠(yuǎn)程控制技術(shù)大幅提升了綜采成套裝備的智能化水平,帶動(dòng)了我國在煤機(jī)裝備自動(dòng)化、智能化方面的整體技術(shù)進(jìn)步,為建設(shè)大型現(xiàn)代化礦井提供了保障,有力的推動(dòng)了我國煤炭工業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。

Equipment remote control technology of Longwall mine face
Abstract:Because of the harsh environment and limited space in the fully mechanized work face of the coal mine, and the operator working in close distance to equipment, there isnt refuge space,in case of emergencies. In addition, the on-site noise and dust also affect workers health. There is an urgent need to freeing workers from the production environment of the high risk. It is of great practical significance to study on remote control technology of fully mechanized equipment for coal mine safety, high efficiency production, labor environment improvement and the labor intensity of workers reduction.In this project, remote control technology of fully mechanized equipment is studied. The successful implementation of the unmanned operation technology of fully mechanized coal make the fewer people attended safe and efficient automation production realized. The breakthrough of core technologies of intelligent control system for fully mechanized coal mining equipment are reached. The monitoring hosts and the console located in underground equipment train or ground scheduling command center can remotely control the work face equipment start-stop, automation production and artificial intervention, combining fully mining equipment run data and the face video system. It is achieved that in normal production process mining machine memory cut coal is mainly performed, artificial remote intervention supplemented;the supporter following mining machine automatically action is mainly performed, artificial remote intervention supplemented.The automation control is mainly performed, local control supplemented; the mechanized equipment IntelliSense is mainly performed, video surveillance supplemented The concept of unmanned following machine operation, man on duty for safe" is achieved, the work face is few man or unmanned in the coal mining process. The success of the technology make workers from operation workers into patrol workers, by equipment of automation alternative artificial labor, greatly reduced has workers of intensity, will workers from dangerous of face mining field liberation to relative security of Shun slot monitoring Center (or ground scheduling command center), in monitoring center on equipment for remote manipulation, improve has workers of safety, improve has coal production and coal resources recovery, effective to reduced resources waste, created has domestic sets equipment mining field unmanned of of precedent.
