Dear Myself,

Life is scary. One day you wake up feeling like you can take over the world, and the next day you wake up feeling like all you want to do is to lay in bed and hide from everything.

Let's be honest, sometimes everything is going so great and it seems like nothing could go wrong , but right when you begin to think that, something so horrible comes crashing down①crash down v. 朝下猛撞and all of a sudden more problems come ricocheting②ricochet英 ['r?k??e?; -?et] 美 [,r?k?'?et]n. 跳彈；跳飛vi. 跳飛vt. 使跳飛around you and you just feel so hopeles...

It's so hard to understand why such things happen in life,and I personally wish I had an answer to that "why?" You always ask yourself, but the life around you will never stop going on.

I'll be honest and say that sometimes I feel a little bit worried and all I can think is "Will I be able to keep up? What if everything goes too fast?" But I realized that being scared and living with the burden of running away from problems only slow me down even more.

It's okay to take break and to give yourself time to heal, but you cannot give up.

Keep positive, fill you heart with gratitude for what you already have, and always remind to humble and true to who you are!

親愛的自己：

生活讓人膽寒。一天醒來你還覺得自己能夠接管世界，隔天起來你就只想在床上躺著，不理世事。

有時(shí)候一切看起來順風(fēng)順?biāo)?，?dāng)你這樣認(rèn)為的時(shí)候，一些不好的事情就會(huì)接踵而至，一下讓你很難接受，萬念俱灰。

生活真是讓人費(fèi)解，一念天堂，一念地獄。我真心希望自己能領(lǐng)悟生活為什么會(huì)這樣。但生活一直在繼續(xù)。

老實(shí)說，我總是有點(diǎn)擔(dān)心，我所想的就是“我還能不能堅(jiān)持？如果一切都這樣飛速發(fā)展著？”但我意識(shí)到，老是這樣戰(zhàn)戰(zhàn)兢兢，回避問題，反而讓自己更加落后。

停下來休息一會(huì)兒，或是抽點(diǎn)時(shí)間自愈下沒有問題，但是你不能放棄。

你能做的是，保持積極樂觀，常懷感恩之心，保持謙卑，活出真我！
