[摘要]目的 探討在急診患者的護(hù)理中實(shí)施共情護(hù)理對(duì)于提升患者治療配合度及改善其應(yīng)激反應(yīng)的積極作用。方法 將2015年8月~2016年10月我院收治的53例急診患者,采用電腦隨機(jī)分組法將其分為觀察組(n=27)及對(duì)照組(n=26),對(duì)照組實(shí)施常規(guī)護(hù)理,觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)用共情護(hù)理對(duì)策,比較兩組患者的心理狀態(tài)、治療配合度、生理應(yīng)激反應(yīng)及護(hù)理滿意度。結(jié)果 觀察組患者的SAS、SDS評(píng)分[(42.0±3.7)、(40.9±4.2)分]均低于對(duì)照組[(48.1±4.5)、(46.0±5.3)分];配合度各指標(biāo)得分高于對(duì)照組;生理應(yīng)激反應(yīng)發(fā)生率(7.41%)低于對(duì)照組(19.23%),護(hù)理滿意度(92.59%)高于對(duì)照組(80.77%),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 在急診患者的護(hù)理中實(shí)施共情護(hù)理,能夠有效提升患者的治療配合度并改善其應(yīng)激反應(yīng),方法經(jīng)驗(yàn)證效果確切,值得臨床推廣使用。

[Abstract]Objective To explore the efficacy of empathy nursing in emergency on the treatment coordination and stress response in patients.Methods 53 cases of emergency patients and who accepted treatments in our hospital from August 2015 to October 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group (n=27) and the control group (n=26) by the computer randomly method.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while patients in the observation group were given empathy nursing countermeasures.The psychological states,treatment coordination,stress response and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group [(42.0±3.7),(40.9±4.2) points] were higher than that in the control group [(48.1±4.5),(46.0±5.3) points];the the scores of indexes in treatment coordination were higher than that in the control group,the incidence of stress response (7.41%) was lower than that in the control group (19.23%),the nursing satisfaction (92.59%) was higher than that in the control group(80.77%),and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of empathy nursing for the nursing in the emergency patients,which can effectively improve the treatment of patients with the degree of cooperation and improve the stress response,the method has been proved to be effective.It is worthy of clinical application.

從臨床角度看,急診收治的患者普遍具有發(fā)病急、病情重、疾病變化快的特點(diǎn),每一個(gè)救護(hù)緩解處理都會(huì)對(duì)救治效果產(chǎn)生決定性的影響;從患者角度來看,由于病情的突發(fā)性及明顯的生理變化,患者多容易出現(xiàn)不同程度的應(yīng)激反應(yīng),進(jìn)而影響其治療依從性,上述因素都對(duì)臨床護(hù)理工作提出了較高要求。另一方面,隨著現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)的發(fā)展,臨床護(hù)理工作的整體模式也逐漸發(fā)生變化,在急診護(hù)理中,除了要求護(hù)理人員具備足夠的專業(yè)知識(shí)和操作技能外,更強(qiáng)調(diào)借助心理、人文等知識(shí)為患者提供臨床服務(wù),共情護(hù)理就是在這一大背景下的產(chǎn)物,要求護(hù)理人員更多地站在患者的角度考慮問題并開展具體的護(hù)理工作,以提升患者的依從性和配合度,保證治療效果的最大化。本研究旨在探討共情護(hù)理在急診患者護(hù)理中的整體效果,現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
1資料與方法
1.1一般資料
選取2015年8月~2016年10月我院收治的53例急診患者進(jìn)行分組研究,所有入選研究的患者均符合《急診醫(yī)學(xué)》制訂的相關(guān)診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)[1],排除精神異常、昏迷狀態(tài)以及心理疾病患者,采用電腦隨機(jī)分組法將其分為觀察組和對(duì)照組,觀察組中,男性17例,女性10例;平均年齡(48.2±10.3)歲;發(fā)病至就診時(shí)間(3.2±0.6)h。對(duì)照組中,男15例,女11例;平均年齡(47.4±11.2)歲;發(fā)病至就診時(shí)間(3.4±0.8)h?;颊呋举Y料匯總提示,觀察組與對(duì)照組在性別、年齡、發(fā)病至就診時(shí)間比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05),具有可比性。本研究經(jīng)醫(yī)學(xué)倫理委員會(huì)批準(zhǔn),參加患者及家屬對(duì)研究過程及目的知情并簽署同意書,符合分組研究的執(zhí)行要求。
