實施鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略,是黨的十九大作出的重大決策部署。而農(nóng)業(yè)強不強、農(nóng)村美不美、農(nóng)民富不富,決定著全面小康社會的成色和社會主義現(xiàn)代化的質(zhì)量。

按照產(chǎn)業(yè)興旺、生態(tài)宜居、鄉(xiāng)風文明、治理有效、生活富裕的總要求，鄉(xiāng)村振興的戰(zhàn)略在重慶大地上扎實推進。

鄉(xiāng)村振興圖景中，農(nóng)業(yè)成為令人向往的產(chǎn)業(yè)，農(nóng)村成為引人入勝的天地，農(nóng)民成為令人羨慕的職業(yè)。在這片“引人入勝的天地”間，根植于鄉(xiāng)村的鄉(xiāng)風文明，從未缺席。

干凈的飲水、清潔的街道、良好的衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣、宜居的家園……這是鄉(xiāng)風文明看得見的“顏值”；民族文化、鄉(xiāng)賢治理、守善祖訓(xùn)……這是鄉(xiāng)村文明堅守、傳承和弘揚的“氣質(zhì)”。祛除惡習(xí)的影響，是重塑鄉(xiāng)土世界的內(nèi)涵，增其神韻。

建設(shè)文明鄉(xiāng)風，有的依托建立健全村民議事會、紅白理事會等群眾組織移風易俗；有的修訂完善鄉(xiāng)規(guī)民約，引導(dǎo)農(nóng)民崇德向善、見賢思齊；有的堅持文化培育，保存民族語言延續(xù)傳統(tǒng)命脈；有的以抓每個農(nóng)戶、院壩、村落的“干凈整潔”為突破口開展鄉(xiāng)風文明建設(shè)……

凡此種種，都在鄉(xiāng)村振興大背景下，達成“顏值”與“氣質(zhì)”的高度契合。

The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is a major decision made by the 19th National Congress of the CPC. The quality of a moderately prosperous society and socialist modernization is determined by agricultural competitiveness, rural environment, and rural incomes.

In accordance with the overall requirements of building rural areas with thriving businesses, pleasant living environments, social etiquette and civility, effective governance,and prosperity, the rural revitalization strategy has been fi rmly advanced on the land of Chongqing.

In the prospect of rural revitalization, agriculture has become a desirable industry;the countryside has become a fascinating world; and farmers have become an enviable profession. In this "fascinating world" , the social etiquette and civility rooted in the countryside has never been absent.

Clean drinking water and streets, good hygiene habits, and pleasant living environments... This is the “visible beauty” of the social etiquette and civility; the culture of the Chinese nation, the governance by virtuous person in villages, the compliance of good ancestral instructions... This is the "moral character" contained in the social etiquette and civility. Eliminating bad customs will reshape the connotation of the countryside and increase its charm.

In order to build a good social etiquette and civility, the establishment and improvement of mass organizations such as villagers' councils and wedding and funeral councils has been used to abandon the old and bad social traditions in some places; And in some other places, people revise and perfect the folk regulations to guide the villagers to cultivate good virtue and to emulate those better than themselves; Cultural measures have also been taken to preserve national languages in some places, so that traditional lifeblood can be passed on; In some places, the "cleanliness and tidiness" of every family,courtyard and village is used as a standard to carry out the construction of social etiquette and civility...

All of these, in the big picture of rural revitalization, have achieved a high degree of consistency between the "visible beauty" and "moral character".
