區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)在智慧圖書館中的應(yīng)用研究

摘要：[目的]智慧圖書館建設(shè)是一項綜合性系統(tǒng)工程，融合了諸多學(xué)科和各類先進技術(shù)。區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)作為當今最具顛覆性的新技術(shù)，圖書館必須努力學(xué)習掌握，積極構(gòu)建“區(qū)塊鏈+”圖書館應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)，從而加快推動圖書館智慧化建設(shè)。[內(nèi)容]文章介紹了區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)及其核心價值，詳細分析了區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)在智慧圖書館建設(shè)中的應(yīng)用優(yōu)勢，最后設(shè)計了4個基于區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)的智慧圖書館應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)。[方法]采用了文獻調(diào)研法和比較分析法對區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)在圖書館智慧服務(wù)中的應(yīng)用可行性進行了研究，并對新老應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)進行了比較分析。[成果/結(jié)論]區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)具有數(shù)據(jù)穩(wěn)定、共識機制、去中心化的3大主要特征，能夠有效解決傳統(tǒng)圖書館在信息收集、存儲安全和信息傳播等方面的難題，是構(gòu)建智慧圖書館的一項關(guān)鍵性技術(shù)。區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)在我國圖書館的實際應(yīng)用中還存在許多不足，需要我國圖書館界持續(xù)不斷的學(xué)習與改革，以期與其他區(qū)塊鏈產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展相同步。

Study on the Application of Blockchain Technology? in Smart Library

Abstract：[Objective]The construction of smart library is a comprehensive and systematic project which integrates many disciplines and advanced technologies.As the most disruptive and innovative technology nowadays，the blockchain technology must be studied and mastered by libraries，and the library application systems of“Blockchain+”must be constructed actively，so as to speed up the construction of smart library.[Contents]This paper introduced the blockchain technology and its core values，analysed in detail the application advantages of blockchain technology in the construction of smart library，and finally designed four application systems of smart library based on blockchain technology.[Methods]The feasibility of the application of blockchain technology in library intelligent service was studied by using methods of literature research and comparative analysis，the new and old application systems were compared and analyzed.[Results/Conclusion]Blockchain technology had three main features：data stability，consensus mechanism and decentralization.It could effectively solve the difficult problems of traditional libraries in information collection，storage security and information dissemination.It was a key technology for building smart libraries.There were still many shortcomings in the practical application of blockchain technology in Chinnese libraries.It needed continuous learning and reform in Chinnese libraries in order to keep pace with the rapid development of other blockchain industries.

“智慧圖書館”是現(xiàn)在的網(wǎng)紅熱詞，在圖書館界尤其在高校館領(lǐng)域，普遍以它作為未來的發(fā)展目標。智慧圖書館通過充分運用數(shù)字化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、智能化的技術(shù)來增強信息服務(wù)，由以書和資源為中心逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐孕畔⒎?wù)為中心，實現(xiàn)人與物、物與物的互聯(lián)互通，最終實現(xiàn)無需人工干預(yù)的智慧化管理和服務(wù)。智慧圖書館的理念倡導(dǎo)以人為本、以用戶需求為導(dǎo)向，旨在為用戶提供全面感知、立體互聯(lián)、高效低能、無線泛在的智慧型知識服務(wù)。而“區(qū)塊鏈”作為當今最受關(guān)注的一種創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用技術(shù)，在金融、物流、醫(yī)療、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等行業(yè)得到了推廣運用，非常有希望成為變革人類社會經(jīng)濟、科技、政治與文化等多領(lǐng)域的顛覆性技術(shù)，具有里程碑的意義[1]。區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)可以智能管理多元化的信息資源，保障用戶對文化信息服務(wù)的平等獲取，促進多種形式資源的共享協(xié)同，推進物理空間和虛擬空間的優(yōu)化融合，為構(gòu)建滿足信息時代的智慧圖書館提供了有力的支撐。
