[摘要] 目的 分析關(guān)于護(hù)生實習(xí)期間職業(yè)防護(hù)研究的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)，以揭示實習(xí)護(hù)生職業(yè)防護(hù)的現(xiàn)狀，從而改善護(hù)生的職業(yè)防護(hù)行為。方法 以“實習(xí)護(hù)生”、“護(hù)生”、“職業(yè)防護(hù)”、“職業(yè)暴露”為主題詞，檢索中國期刊網(wǎng)（CNKI）、萬方數(shù)據(jù)知識服務(wù)平臺及維普中文科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫等，分析發(fā)表在國內(nèi)期刊上的有關(guān)護(hù)生職業(yè)防護(hù)研究的文獻(xiàn)，利用Excel軟件建立數(shù)據(jù)庫，對納入文獻(xiàn)的發(fā)表年份、作者、期刊分布及研究內(nèi)容等方面進(jìn)行計量學(xué)分析。結(jié)果 共納入509篇文獻(xiàn)，分布在198種期刊上，分布較為分散，2002年以后文獻(xiàn)數(shù)量呈波動狀態(tài)，整體呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢。文獻(xiàn)類型以調(diào)查性研究和綜述為主，干預(yù)性研究和質(zhì)性研究較少。結(jié)論 實習(xí)護(hù)生職業(yè)防護(hù)的相關(guān)研究逐漸進(jìn)入發(fā)展階段，但理論性探討較多，干預(yù)方法較為廣泛，尚未形成完善的體系和統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，仍需進(jìn)一步的研究和探索。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the relevant literature on occupational protection research during nursing internships in order to reveal the status of occupational protection of internship nursing students and improve their occupational protection behavior. Methods With the subject words of "internship nursing students"， "nursing students"， "occupational protection"， and "occupational exposure"， the Chinese Journal Network（CNKI）， Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform， and Weipu Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database were analyzed. Literatures published on domestic occupational protection studies published in domestic journals， and Excel software was used to establish a database to perform quantitative analysis on the publication year， author， journal distribution， and research content of the included literature. Results A total of 509 articles were included， which were distributed in 198 journals. The distribution was relatively scattered. The number of documents fluctuated after 2002， and the overall trend showed an upward trend. The literature types are mainly investigative studies and reviews， and there are fewer interventional studies and qualitative studies. Conclusion Research on occupational protection of internship nursing students has gradually entered the development stage， but there are more theoretical discussions and extensive intervention methods. A perfect system and unified standards have not yet been formed， and further research and exploration are needed.

隨著醫(yī)療技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展、醫(yī)院環(huán)境中病原微生物較為集中，醫(yī)務(wù)工作者在從事診療、護(hù)理過程中經(jīng)常接觸物理性、化學(xué)性及生物性等各類毒性物質(zhì)或傳染病病原體，發(fā)生職業(yè)暴露的危險性極高[1]。護(hù)生作為護(hù)理人員的后備力量，在學(xué)習(xí)、實訓(xùn)及實習(xí)中不可避免地暴露于各種各樣的相關(guān)職業(yè)潛在危害中，由于缺乏自我保護(hù)意識和職業(yè)防護(hù)知識、臨床護(hù)理經(jīng)驗不足、操作技能不熟練等原因，在進(jìn)行侵入性操作如配藥、穿刺、注射及處理污染傷口時極易發(fā)生職業(yè)危害，成為職業(yè)暴露的高危群體[2]。為了提高護(hù)生的職業(yè)防護(hù)意識，降低護(hù)生職業(yè)暴露風(fēng)險，該研究運用文獻(xiàn)分析法，對有關(guān)實習(xí)護(hù)生職業(yè)防護(hù)能力研究的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行征集分析，以期為護(hù)生的職業(yè)防護(hù)提供理論依據(jù)。

1? 資料與方法

1.1? 文獻(xiàn)檢索策略

檢索數(shù)據(jù)庫：中國期刊網(wǎng)（CNKI）、萬方數(shù)據(jù)知識服務(wù)平臺及維普中文科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫等。檢索時間：自數(shù)據(jù)庫建庫至2018年5月。檢索主題詞：“職業(yè)防護(hù)”O(jiān)R“職業(yè)暴露”O(jiān)R“針刺傷”O(jiān)R“銳器傷”And“護(hù)理

3.3.2 多元化職業(yè)防護(hù)教育方法? 目前國內(nèi)實習(xí)護(hù)生職業(yè)防護(hù)的干預(yù)方法主要有健康促進(jìn)、案例分析法、循環(huán)理念、PDCA循環(huán)程序、思維導(dǎo)圖、模擬教學(xué)法、品管圈、知-信-行模式、根本原因分析法、臨床教學(xué)路徑、PBL教學(xué)法、情景模擬結(jié)合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化病人的教學(xué)方法、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)預(yù)防知識強(qiáng)化教育、失效模式與效應(yīng)分析、院校結(jié)合教學(xué)模式、實踐共同體模式、系統(tǒng)化培訓(xùn)、追蹤法等多元化職業(yè)防護(hù)教育方法。這些方法在提高護(hù)生職業(yè)防護(hù)意識方面均有一定的成效，但缺乏系統(tǒng)性，尚無統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

4? 小結(jié)

實習(xí)護(hù)生職業(yè)防護(hù)的相關(guān)研究逐漸進(jìn)入發(fā)展階段，但理論性探討較多。此外職業(yè)防護(hù)干預(yù)方法較為廣泛，尚未形成完善的體系和統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，仍需進(jìn)一步的研究和探索，完善職業(yè)防護(hù)課程設(shè)置，院校結(jié)合強(qiáng)化崗前培訓(xùn)，采用多元化教育方式，制定出一套規(guī)范的防護(hù)教育體系，以提高護(hù)生的職業(yè)防護(hù)意識，減少職業(yè)暴露的危險。
