[摘要] 目的 探究針對性護(hù)理對卵巢囊腫合并糖尿病患者護(hù)理滿意度的影響。方法 從2017年7月—2019年7月該院收治的卵巢囊腫合并糖尿病患者中隨機選擇100例作為基該研究對象，將其平均分成對照組和實驗組，每組50例，對照組患者實施日?；A(chǔ)護(hù)理，實驗組患者實施針對性護(hù)理，在護(hù)理一段時間之后對兩組患者的護(hù)理成效進(jìn)行綜合比對分析。 結(jié)果 手術(shù)前和手術(shù)后采取針對性護(hù)理實驗組患者的空腹血糖指標(biāo)均低于采取一般護(hù)理對照組患者的空腹血糖指標(biāo)，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。采取針對性護(hù)理實驗組患者的護(hù)理滿意度為92%，顯著高于采取一般護(hù)理對照組患者的70%護(hù)理滿意度（P<0.05）。針對性護(hù)理對卵巢囊腫合并糖尿病患者的護(hù)理效果更為理想，經(jīng)過針對護(hù)理之后患者的血糖穩(wěn)定程度提升。 結(jié)論 針對性護(hù)理對卵巢囊腫合并糖尿病患者的血糖指標(biāo)能夠進(jìn)行有效地控制，且經(jīng)過護(hù)理之后患者對護(hù)理滿意度較高，可以作為一種常用護(hù)理模式在卵巢囊腫合并糖尿病患者手術(shù)前后實施。

Study on the Effect of Targeted Nursing on Nursing Satisfaction of Patients with Ovarian Cyst and Diabetes

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing on nursing satisfaction of patients with ovarian cyst and diabetes. Methods From July 2017 to July 2019， 100 patients with ovarian cysts and diabetes were randomly selected as the basic research objects， and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group， with 50 cases in each group. The control group performed daily basic nursing， the experimental group of patients implement targeted nursing， after a period of nursing care， a comprehensive comparison and analysis of the nursing effectiveness of the two groups of patients. Results The fasting blood glucose index of the experimental group of patients with targeted care before and after the operation was lower than that of the control group with general care， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group who took targeted care was 92%， which was significantly higher than the 70% nursing satisfaction of patients in the control group who took general care（P<0.05）. Targeted care was more effective for patients with ovarian cysts and diabetes. After targeted care， the patient's blood glucose stability was improved. Conclusion Targeted nursing can effectively control the blood glucose indicators of patients with ovarian cysts and diabetes， and the patients are more satisfied with the nursing after nursing. It can be used as a common nursing model before and after surgery for patients with ovarian cysts and diabetes.

經(jīng)過綜合研究和比對分析發(fā)現(xiàn)，入院時兩組的血糖指標(biāo)分別為（13.44±1.24）mmol/L和（13.47±1.13）mmol/L，差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P>0.05），在護(hù)理一段時間之后發(fā)現(xiàn)術(shù)前和手術(shù)后采取針對性護(hù)理實驗組患者的空腹血糖指標(biāo)均低于采取一般護(hù)理對照組患者的空腹血糖指標(biāo)，手術(shù)前對照組患者的空腹血糖指標(biāo)為（8.34±2.42）mmol/L，實驗組患者的空腹血糖指標(biāo)為（7.22±1.25）mmol/L手術(shù)后對照組患者的空腹血糖指標(biāo)為（6.95±1.47）mmol/L，實驗組患者的空腹血糖指標(biāo)為（5.12±1.15）mmol/L，兩組對比差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。另外，采取針對性護(hù)理實驗組患者的護(hù)理滿意度為92%，顯著高于采取一般護(hù)理對照組患者的70%護(hù)理滿意度（P<0.05）。針對性護(hù)理對卵巢囊腫合并糖尿病患者的護(hù)理效果更為理想，經(jīng)過針對護(hù)理之后患者的血糖穩(wěn)定程度提升。

綜上所述，針對性護(hù)理對卵巢囊腫合并糖尿病患者的手術(shù)治療有著十分重要的影響，且能夠有效提升患者的護(hù)理滿意度。
