[摘要] 目的 分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)預(yù)約掛號(hào)率為門(mén)診患者就醫(yī)滿(mǎn)意度的影響。方法 選取2017年8月—2018年9月期間收治1 864例門(mén)診患者進(jìn)行研究,根據(jù)掛號(hào)方式將其分為網(wǎng)絡(luò)預(yù)約掛號(hào)組(n=919)與窗口繳費(fèi)掛號(hào)組(n=945),發(fā)放問(wèn)卷調(diào)查表,對(duì)兩組門(mén)診患者就醫(yī)滿(mǎn)意度進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果 網(wǎng)絡(luò)預(yù)約掛號(hào)組掛號(hào)流程、就診體驗(yàn)、就診環(huán)境、醫(yī)患關(guān)系各項(xiàng)滿(mǎn)意度評(píng)分與窗口繳費(fèi)掛號(hào)組相比,相對(duì)更高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);網(wǎng)絡(luò)預(yù)約掛號(hào)組患者對(duì)就診滿(mǎn)意度為98.04%,與窗口繳費(fèi)掛號(hào)組95.24%相比,相對(duì)更高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);網(wǎng)絡(luò)預(yù)約掛號(hào)組候診時(shí)間為(23.65±1.98)min,與窗口繳費(fèi)掛號(hào)組相比(61.53±5.24)min,相對(duì)更短,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);網(wǎng)絡(luò)預(yù)約掛號(hào)組醫(yī)患糾紛發(fā)生率為0.22%,與窗口繳費(fèi)掛號(hào)組1.38%相比更低,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 與傳統(tǒng)窗口繳費(fèi)掛號(hào)方式相比,網(wǎng)絡(luò)預(yù)約掛號(hào)可緩解窗口壓力,縮短患者候診時(shí)間,減少醫(yī)患糾紛事件,還可提高患者對(duì)就診的滿(mǎn)意度。

The Effect of Online Appointment Registration Rate on the Satisfaction of Outpatients

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of online appointment registration rate on the satisfaction of outpatients. Methods Selected 1 864 outpatients from August 2017 to September 2018 for research. According to the registration method, they were divided into online appointment registration group (n=919) and window payment registration group (n=945), and questionnaires were issued to evaluate the satisfaction of two groups of outpatients. Results The satisfaction scores of registration process, medical experience, medical environment, and doctor-patient relationship of the online appointment registration group were relatively higher than those of the window payment registration group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the online appointment registration group of the patients satisfaction with medical treatment was 98.04%, which was relatively higher than 95.24% in the window payment registration group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the waiting time of the online appointment registration group was (23.65±1.98)min, which was compared with the window payment registration group (61.53±5.24)min, relatively shorter and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the incidence of medical disputes in the online appointment registration group was 0.22%, which was lower than that of the window payment registration group 1.38%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with traditional window payment registration methods, online appointment registration can relieve window pressure, shorten patient waiting time, reduce doctor-patient disputes, and improve patient satisfaction with medical treatment.
患者的就醫(yī)滿(mǎn)意度可直接影響醫(yī)院醫(yī)療服務(wù)質(zhì)量及水平,網(wǎng)絡(luò)預(yù)約掛號(hào)時(shí)通過(guò)選擇自己合適的時(shí)間進(jìn)行就診可使患者有更多時(shí)間在家休息或安排自己的事,根據(jù)掛號(hào)選擇的時(shí)間段入院就診,可使醫(yī)院就診量均勻流動(dòng),縮短患者在門(mén)診嘈雜環(huán)境的等待時(shí)間,利于改善就診環(huán)境,使患者以最佳心理狀態(tài)接受診治[9-10]。外地患者通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)預(yù)約可有效解決看病難的問(wèn)題,利于提升就醫(yī)效率,減輕患者往返經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān),提升滿(mǎn)意度[11-12]。該次研究結(jié)果顯示,網(wǎng)絡(luò)預(yù)約掛號(hào)組患者對(duì)就診滿(mǎn)意度為98.04%,與窗口繳費(fèi)掛號(hào)組95.24%相比,相對(duì)更高(P<0.05),網(wǎng)絡(luò)預(yù)約掛號(hào)組候診時(shí)間為(23.65±1.98)min,與窗口繳費(fèi)掛號(hào)組相比(61.53±5.24)min,相對(duì)更短。提示網(wǎng)絡(luò)預(yù)約掛號(hào)可有效縮短患者候診時(shí)間,提升就醫(yī)滿(mǎn)意度。
綜上所述,與傳統(tǒng)窗口繳費(fèi)掛號(hào)方式相比,網(wǎng)絡(luò)預(yù)約掛號(hào)可緩解窗口壓力,縮短患者候診時(shí)間,減少醫(yī)患糾紛事件,還可提高患者對(duì)就診的滿(mǎn)意度。
