[摘要] 目的 分析康復護理干預對下肢骨折患者下肢靜脈血栓發(fā)生率的效果。方法 于2018年8月—2019年8月在該院患者中隨機選取共80例下肢骨折患者作為研究對象，以電腦隨機的方法平均分為對照組和實驗組。對照組采用常規(guī)護理干預，而實驗組則在常規(guī)護理基礎上采用康復護理干預。對患者護理后的下肢靜脈血栓發(fā)生率、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率和患者的生活質量進行比較分析。結果 實驗組患者的下肢靜脈血栓發(fā)生率5.00%低于對照組的27.50%，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（χ2=7.430，P<0.05）;實驗組患者的并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率12.50%低于對照組的40.00%，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（χ2=7.810，P<0.05）;實驗組患者的生活質量均高于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（t=11.020、8.070、6.970、8.000，P<0.05）。結論 以康復護理干預對下肢骨折患者進行護理可以有效促進患者的下肢靜脈血栓發(fā)生率降低，降低患者的并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率，提高患者的生活質量，康復護理干預在臨床對下肢骨折患者的護理中具有一定價值。

Effect Analysis of Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on the Incidence of Lower Limb Venous Thrombosis in Patients with Lower Limb Fracture

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on the incidence of lower limb venous thrombosis in patients with lower limb fractures. Methods A total of 80 patients with lower limb fractures from August 2018 to August 2019 in the hospital were randomly selected as the research object， and they were divided into a control group and an experimental group in half by computer random method. The control group used routine nursing intervention， while the experimental group used rehabilitation nursing intervention based on routine nursing. The incidence of venous thrombosis of lower extremities， the incidence of complications and the quality of life of patients were compared and analyzed. Results The incidence of lower limb venous thrombosis in the experimental group was 5.00% lower than that in the control group （27.50%），and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=7.430， P<0.05）; the incidence of complications in the experimental group was 12.50% lower than 40.00% in the control group， with statistical significance（χ2=7.810，P<0.05）; the quality of life of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group， with statistical significance（t=11.020， 8.070， 6.970， 8.000， P<0.05）. Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention for nursing patients with lower limb fractures can effectively promote the reduction of the incidence of lower limb venous thrombosis， reduce the incidence of patients' complications， and improve the quality of life of patients. Rehabilitation nursing interventions have the clinical care for patients with lower limb value.

綜上所述，在對下肢骨折患者的護理中采用康復訓練指導，可以有效降低患者的下肢靜脈血栓發(fā)生率，降低患者的并發(fā)癥風險，提高患者的生活質量。對下肢骨折患者采用康復訓練指導具有一定臨床價值。
