摘 ?要:身處大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代,信息技術(shù)在教育中的應(yīng)用已經(jīng)越來越深入,數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)成為教師教學(xué)所必備的,也是重要的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之一,也是中學(xué)教師發(fā)展的重要方向。教師可以通過參與培訓(xùn)、自我學(xué)習(xí)、教研探究、同事互助等方式來提升數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng),只有教師足夠優(yōu)秀,才能讓教學(xué)更加高效,培育出更加優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生。本文首先對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)發(fā)展的意義進(jìn)行簡單說明,其次分析中學(xué)教師數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)的發(fā)展路徑,希望能對(duì)教學(xué)有所幫助。

The Development Path and Cultivation Strategy of Data Literacy of Middle School Teachers

【Abstract】In the era of big data,the application of information technology in education has been more and more in-depth,data literacy has become a necessary for teachers to teach,is also one of the important evaluation criteria,is also an important direction of the development of middle school teachers. Teachers can improve data literacy by participating in training,self-learning,teaching and research,and mutual assistance among colleagues. Only teachers who are good enough can make teaching more efficient and cultivate more excellent students. This paper first briefly explains the significance of the development of data literacy,and then analyzes the development path of data literacy of middle school teachers,hoping to be helpful.

教師數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)發(fā)展與培養(yǎng)的意義重大,其能夠推動(dòng)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展,有助于提升教師個(gè)人價(jià)值,讓教學(xué)更加高效,培養(yǎng)出更加優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生,目前來看,中學(xué)教師的數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)發(fā)展還比較緩慢,不夠深入,還需要加大發(fā)展力度,切實(shí)推動(dòng)中學(xué)教師數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)發(fā)展才行。
(2)教師缺乏數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)發(fā)展動(dòng)力。雖然在提倡先進(jìn)教學(xué),在推動(dòng)先進(jìn)教學(xué)方法和教學(xué)理念的應(yīng)用,但我們發(fā)現(xiàn),現(xiàn)有的教學(xué)方式以及學(xué)生工作管理制度仍然適用,只是教學(xué)管理的質(zhì)量和效率不高,但也絕不能算是粗放式管理,與傳統(tǒng)應(yīng)試教育更是有天壤之別。同時(shí),創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用數(shù)據(jù)化教學(xué),比如說,挖掘?qū)W生成績大數(shù)據(jù),深度發(fā)掘?qū)W生在某一個(gè)知識(shí)點(diǎn)的掌握程度,這樣的教學(xué)勢(shì)必是對(duì)現(xiàn)有教學(xué)的一種顛覆,教師與學(xué)生都可能存在不適應(yīng)的問題,可能需要投入大量的精力和時(shí)間來探索數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)的提升,這就導(dǎo)致教師缺乏數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)的發(fā)展動(dòng)力,得過且過。
