摘要 研究盆栽人工模擬干旱條件及復(fù)水條件下12個(gè)果桑品種的膜透性、保護(hù)酶活性、滲透調(diào)節(jié)物質(zhì)含量的變化。結(jié)果表明:干旱脅迫下,各果桑品種的電導(dǎo)值、游離脯氨酸含量相對(duì)提高,MDA、SOD、CAT活性、SSC含量呈先升高后降低趨勢(shì),POD活性和SPC含量呈先降低后升高趨勢(shì),不同果桑品種對(duì)土壤干旱脅迫和復(fù)水的響應(yīng)不同,其抗旱性存在差異。采用聚類(lèi)分析法對(duì)各品種的抗旱性進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),將12個(gè)果桑品種的抗旱性分成3類(lèi):澳玉、臺(tái)灣46c019、日本胡橙為高抗型,臺(tái)灣76c002、紅寶石、8632、天圣1號(hào)、北方紅為中抗型,紅果1號(hào)、白玉王、寧夏紅和綠椹子為低抗型。

Responses of Different Melberry Varieties to Soil Drought Stress

Abstract Cell membrance damage, protective enzyme sactivity and osmolyte concents changes of 12 mulberry varieties were examined under soil drought stress by withdrawing water and then rewatering in potting plants. The results showed that? under water stress, the conductance of the mulberry varieties, the relative increase of free proline content, MDA, SOD, CAT, soluble sugar of mulberry varieties increased at first and then decreased, POD and soluble protein contents decreased at first and then increased. Different mulberry varieties was different between soil drought stress and rehydration response, the drought resistance was different too. Drought resistance of melberry varieties were divided into 3 classifications by cluster analysis. ‘Australian Jade, ‘Taiwan 46c019 and ‘Japan Hu Orange were the strongest drought-resistant, followed by‘Taiwan 76c002, ‘Rubyand‘8632, and then by ‘Tian sheng No 1and ‘Northern Red, while ‘Red berries No 1, ‘ White King, ‘Ningxia Red and Green Meiberry belonged to the lowest drought-resistance.

干旱脅迫是影響植物生存、生長(zhǎng)和分布的重要環(huán)境因子。桑樹(shù)( Morus alba )是我國(guó)常見(jiàn)的鄉(xiāng)土樹(shù)種,種質(zhì)資源豐富,分布范圍廣,由于我國(guó)部分地區(qū)降雨量較少或降雨量分布不均,桑樹(shù)的生長(zhǎng)極易受到干旱脅迫的影響。干旱往往是制約桑樹(shù)生長(zhǎng)和產(chǎn)量的重要因素。近年來(lái),有關(guān)干旱脅迫下桑樹(shù)生理生化特性的研究報(bào)道多集中于光合特性[1]、保護(hù)酶活性[2]、膜透性等方面,對(duì)干旱脅迫下桑樹(shù)生理調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制綜合性的研究報(bào)道較少,現(xiàn)有的報(bào)道中有關(guān)干旱地區(qū)果用桑樹(shù)的抗旱性研究也相對(duì)較少。筆者采用人工盆栽控水法,通過(guò)測(cè)試不同品種果桑在干旱脅迫及復(fù)水后的生理變化,比較各果桑品種間的差異,從而評(píng)價(jià)其抗旱性[3-4],旨在為黃河流域生態(tài)建設(shè)中果桑品種的選擇提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
1 材料與方法
1.1 試驗(yàn)材料
試驗(yàn)在西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)林學(xué)院苗圃溫室內(nèi)進(jìn)行。試驗(yàn)材料為綠椹子(1)、紅寶石(2)、寧夏紅(5)、臺(tái)灣46c019(6)、白玉王(7)、紅果1號(hào)(8)、天圣1號(hào)(9)、北方紅(10)、澳玉(12)、臺(tái)灣72c002(13)、日本胡橙(14)、8632(15)12果桑品種的3年生嫁接苗(括號(hào)中的數(shù)字表示各品種編號(hào))。
