摘要 積極參與工程教育專業(yè)認(rèn)證已成為高校的廣泛共識(shí),工程教育專業(yè)認(rèn)證對(duì)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)、提高工程教育質(zhì)量、滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)對(duì)應(yīng)用型人才的需求具有重要作用。以工程教育專業(yè)認(rèn)證的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與要求為導(dǎo)向構(gòu)建高效的培養(yǎng)體系,確保工科專業(yè)畢業(yè)生達(dá)到專業(yè)認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求,也是各高校當(dāng)前面臨的重要課題。以青島農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)食品科學(xué)與工程專業(yè)為例,結(jié)合學(xué)校實(shí)際、特色和定位,構(gòu)建基于工程教育專業(yè)認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的食品科學(xué)與工程專業(yè)的課程體系,以提高食品領(lǐng)域工程人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量、提升工程教育的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,為促進(jìn)食品科學(xué)與工程專業(yè)的建設(shè)和發(fā)展提供理論參考。

Construction of Curriculum System for Food Science and Engineering Specialty Based on Engineering Education Accreditation—Taking the Food Science and Engineering Major of Qingdao Agricultural University as an Example

Abstract Education professional certification of engineering plays an important role in training students comprehensive quality,improving the education quality of school engineering,and realizing innovation and manufacturing power.By using Food Science and Engineering Specialty of Qingdao Agricultural University as an example,the construction of undergraduate course system based on engineering education accreditation was discussed in the article,and the specific arrangements of professional undergraduate personnel training course curriculum system were discussed from four aspects of math and science courses,engineering basic,professional basic and professional courses,engineering practice and graduation design,the humanities and social science courses as well as the logical imaging relationship between curriculum system and index point of graduation requirement.The results of practice confirm the effectiveness of the curriculum system to achieve students graduation requirements,which provide a useful reference for promoting talent cultivating quality under the background of emerging engineering education accreditation.

工程教育在我國(guó)高等教育中占有重要地位,高素質(zhì)工程科技人才是支撐產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)、實(shí)施國(guó)家重大發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重要保障,工程教育專業(yè)認(rèn)證是實(shí)現(xiàn)工程教育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和工程師資格國(guó)際互認(rèn)的重要基礎(chǔ)[1-3]。參與工程教育專業(yè)認(rèn)證是我國(guó)工程教育走向國(guó)際的一條必經(jīng)之路,截至2019年底,全國(guó)共有241所高校的1 353個(gè)專業(yè)通過(guò)了工程教育認(rèn)證[4-5]。工程教育專業(yè)認(rèn)證強(qiáng)調(diào)“學(xué)生中心、成果導(dǎo)向(OBE)與持續(xù)改進(jìn)”三大基本理念,是推動(dòng)高校工程教育改革和質(zhì)量保證體系建設(shè)的核心,也是我國(guó)高等教育參與國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的重要基礎(chǔ)[6]。工程教育專業(yè)認(rèn)證是工程技術(shù)行業(yè)的相關(guān)協(xié)會(huì)連同工程教育者對(duì)工程技術(shù)領(lǐng)域相關(guān)專業(yè)的高等教育質(zhì)量加以控制,以保證工程技術(shù)行業(yè)的從業(yè)人員達(dá)到相應(yīng)教育要求的過(guò)程[7-8]。
