[摘要] 目的 探討復(fù)發(fā)性自然流產(chǎn)患者外周血CD4+CD25+Treg 細(xì)胞表達(dá)特點(diǎn)及其相關(guān)臨床意義。 方法 選取2015年3月至2017年7月在我院婦產(chǎn)科就診的復(fù)發(fā)性自然流產(chǎn)婦女100例作為復(fù)發(fā)性自然流產(chǎn)組（RSA組），另選擇同期在我院婦產(chǎn)科就診的正常妊娠產(chǎn)婦50例作為對(duì)照組（正常妊娠組）。采用流式細(xì)胞術(shù)檢測(cè)兩組外周血CD4+CD25+Treg細(xì)胞表達(dá)水平，并對(duì)兩組結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較分析。 結(jié)果 復(fù)發(fā)性自然流產(chǎn)組CD4+CD25+Treg細(xì)胞表達(dá)水平為（5.06±1.35）%，顯著低于正常妊娠組的（10.43±2.59）%（P<0.05）。 結(jié)論 復(fù)發(fā)性自然流產(chǎn)患者外周血CD4+CD25+Treg細(xì)胞表達(dá)水平較正常孕產(chǎn)婦顯著降低，提示CD4+CD25+Treg細(xì)胞參與了復(fù)發(fā)性自然流產(chǎn)的發(fā)生、發(fā)展過(guò)程。通過(guò)檢測(cè)CD4+CD25+Treg細(xì)胞表達(dá)水平變化可為復(fù)發(fā)性自然流產(chǎn)的發(fā)病機(jī)制提供新的思路，為臨床診療提供更多的治療方法。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the expression characteristics of CD4+CD25+Treg cells in peripheral blood of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion and its clinical significance. Methods A total of 100 women with recurrent spontaneous abortion who were treated in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of our hospital from March 2015 to July 2017 were selected as the recurrent spontaneous abortion group （RSA group）， and 50 pregnant women in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group （normal pregnancy group）. Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression levels of CD4+CD25+Treg cells in the peripheral blood of the two groups， and the results of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The expression level of CD4+CD25+Treg cells in the recurrent spontaneous abortion group （5.06±1.35%） was significantly lower than that of the normal pregnancy group （10.43±2.59%） （P<0.05）. Conclusion The expression level of CD4+CD25+ Treg cells in peripheral blood of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion is significantly lower than that of normal pregnant women， suggesting that CD4+CD25+Treg cells are involved in the occurrence and development of recurrent spontaneous abortion.The detection of CD4+CD25+Treg cell expression levels can provide new ideas for the pathogenesis of recurrent spontaneous abortion and provide more treatment methods for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
