廣大在華工作的國(guó)際友人：

在浩渺的宇宙中，地球是孤獨(dú)的，人類之愛(ài)使其溫暖；在茫茫人海里，我們每一個(gè)人是孤獨(dú)的，一種基于自由意志、獨(dú)立人格、無(wú)私奉獻(xiàn)的愛(ài)使我們聚在一起，這種愛(ài)就是志愿精神。

無(wú)論在東方還是西方，志愿服務(wù)都有著深厚的文化基礎(chǔ)和思想基礎(chǔ)。中國(guó)偉大的教育家孔子說(shuō)“四海之內(nèi)皆兄弟”，習(xí)近平主席提出構(gòu)建“人類命運(yùn)共同體”的理念，而以志愿服務(wù)為紐帶的國(guó)際合作與交流，能夠更加超越國(guó)家、民族和種族隔閡與沖突，實(shí)現(xiàn)文明互鑒、民心相通。

中國(guó)是一片充滿愛(ài)和善的熱土，有很多在華工作的外籍人士在工作之余從事志愿服務(wù)，比如參與救火的美國(guó)外教福蘭課、參與抗疫的泰國(guó)專家關(guān)國(guó)興、參與春運(yùn)志愿服務(wù)的索馬里漢學(xué)家伊斯曼等。為充分反映廣大在華外國(guó)專家、外籍人才和留學(xué)生等國(guó)際友人在中國(guó)踐行志愿精神、從事志愿服務(wù)的感人故事，《國(guó)際人才交流》雜志與中國(guó)青年志愿者協(xié)會(huì)志愿文學(xué)專委會(huì)聯(lián)合開(kāi)展“我在中國(guó)的志愿服務(wù)故事”征稿活動(dòng)。

稿件要求：故事真實(shí)、生動(dòng)、感人；體裁為散文，中英文均可；字?jǐn)?shù)不少于2000字。優(yōu)質(zhì)稿件將在《國(guó)際人才交流》雜志上發(fā)表，在“中國(guó)青年志愿者”官方微信平臺(tái)上推送。稿件一經(jīng)采用即付稿酬、寄送樣刊。來(lái)稿請(qǐng)注明作者姓名、聯(lián)系方式、聯(lián)系地址，100字左右個(gè)人介紹，3—5張志愿服務(wù)相關(guān)照片（高清、2M以上）。

In the vast universe, the earth is lonely but warmed by the love of human beings; in the vast crowd, each of us is lonely but brought together by a kind of love based on free will, independent personality, selfless devotion, and this love is volunteerism.

Whether in the East or the West, volunteerism has a deep cultural foundation and ideological basis.Confucius, the great Chinese educator, said, “All men are brothers,” and President Xi Jinping proposed building a “community with a shared future of mankind” While international cooperation and exchange with volunteerism as a link transcends barriers and conflicts among countries, nationalities, and races and achieves mutual appreciation of civilizations and people-to-people connectivity.

China is a land full of love and kindness.Many international friends working in China are volunteering, such as American foreign teacher Francis Stonier who participated in fire-fighting.Thai expert Chaphiporn Kiatkachatharn, who participated in the fight against epidemics, and Somali Sinologist Abdilahi Ismail Abdilahi, who participated in the Spring Festival Travel Rush volunteer service.To fully reflect the touching stories of international experts, international talents, international students, and other international friends who practice volunteerism and do volunteer service in China,theInternational Talentand Volunteer Literature Committee of the Chinese Young Volunteers Association jointly launched the invitation to contribute to the column of “My Stories of Volunteering in China.”

Manuscript Requirements: The story is true, vivid, and touching; the genre is prose, either in Chinese or in English is allowed; the word count is at least 2000 words.High-quality manuscripts will be published in International Talent and the official WeChat account of “Chinese Young Volunteers.” The manuscript will be paid once it is accepted, and a sample publication will be sent.Please indicate the author’s name, contact information, contact address,a 100-word personal introduction, and 3-5 photos (HD, 2M or more) related to volunteer service.
