From February 11 to 14， Sumiyabazar Dolgorsuren， Mayor of Ulaanbaatar， Mongolia， led a delegation of 28 people to Chongqing. Tsogtsaikhan Mandakh， Political Counselor of the Embassy of Mongolia in Beijing， China， joined the visit. The Mongolian delegation consists of members of the chamber of commerce， government departments， and businesses of Ulaanbaatar.

On February 12， Hu Henghua， Mayor of Chongqing and Deputy Secretary of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee met with Sumiyabazar Dolgorsuren and his delegation. On behalf of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee and Chongqing Municipal Government， Hu Henghua welcomed Sumiyabazar Dolgorsuren and his delegation and introduced Chongqing. He hoped that the two sides could deepen economic and trade cooperation in agricultural products， new energy vehicles， rail transit， and infrastructure construction， expand exchanges and communications in education， culture， tourism， and organizing international conferences， and work for mutual benefit and win-win results.

Sumiyabazar Dolgorsuren expressed the willingness to continue to strengthen friendly exchanges with Chongqing and expand cooperation in economy， trade， investment， culture， and tourism. He looked forward to investments from Chongqing businesses to Ulaanbaatar and welcomed Chongqing people to visit beautiful Mongolia.

On February 13， China （Chongqing） – Mongolia （Ulaanbaatar） Investment Promotion Conference was held at Chongqing Foreign Affairs Office， co-hosted by the Chongqing Municipal Commission of the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration and Chongqing Foreign Affairs Office. Sumiyabazar Dolgorsuren， Mayor of Ulaanbaatar， Mongolia， and Zhang Guozhi， Vice Mayor of Chongqing attended the conference and delivered speeches. Representatives from 19 Chongqing municipal-level state-owned enterprises were also present. General Engineer of the Ulaanbaatar New Urban Construction LLC. presented cooperation opportunities in Ulaanbaatar in the fields of infrastructure， public transportation， and logistics. Representatives of six Chongqing companies， including Chongqing City Transportation Development & Investment Group Co.， Ltd.， Chongqing Construction Investment （Group） Co.， Ltd.， Chongqing Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation （Group） Co.， Ltd.， Qingling Motors （Group） Co.， Ltd.， Chongqing Machinery & Electric Co.， Ltd.， and Chongqing Construction Engineering Group Co.， Ltd. made wonderful introductions about their business and advantages.

During their stay in Chongqing， the delegation also visited Chongqing Rail Transportation （Group） Co.， Ltd.， Chongqing CRRC Railway Vehicles Co. Ltd.， Chongqing Construction Investment （Group） Jin Ka Information Industry Co.， Ltd.， and Chongqing Exhibition and Planning Gallery， understanding Chongqings industrial advantages and feeling the charm of this mountain city. As they left Chongqing， a member of the delegation， Damdinjav Damdinsuren， a reporter from National Overview， wrote a poem for Chongqing to express his feelings about this city during the visit.

2月12日，市委副書記、市長胡衡華會見了蘇米亞巴扎爾一行。胡衡華代表市委、市政府向蘇米亞巴扎爾一行表示歡迎，并介紹重慶的有關情況，希望雙方深化在農產(chǎn)品、新能源汽車、軌道交通、基礎設施建設等方面經(jīng)貿合作，擴大教育、文旅、國際會議活動等方面交流交往，實現(xiàn)互利共贏。

2月13日，市國資委、市政府外辦共同主辦的中國重慶市—蒙古國烏蘭巴托市投資推介會在重慶市外事大樓成功舉行。蘇米亞巴扎爾市長、張國智副市長出席推介會并致辭。重慶市19家市屬國企參會。烏蘭巴托新建有限公司負責人介紹烏蘭巴托市在基礎設施、公共交通、物流等領域的合作機會。重慶交通開投集團、重慶城投集團、重慶對外經(jīng)貿集團、慶鈴集團、重慶機電集團、重慶建工集團等6家企業(yè)有關負責人結合自身特色優(yōu)勢、合作意向作了精彩的推介。

在渝期間，代表團一行還到訪重慶軌道集團、重慶中車長客軌道車輛有限公司、重慶市城投金卡信息產(chǎn)業(yè)（集團）股份有限公司，參觀重慶市規(guī)劃展覽館，深入了解重慶產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢，沉浸體驗山城魅力。臨別之際，代表團成員、蒙古《國家概覽》雜志記者達·達穆登扎布為重慶賦詩一首，抒發(fā)此訪對重慶的感受。
