誤譯：We must further increase the degree of transparency of judicatory work.

正譯：We must further increase the transparency of judicatory work. 解釋：degree of transparency 指可以分級或量化的透明程度，如寶石的透明度可以分為若干級別。司法工作的透明度指其公開性，一般不易設立量化的表示公開程度的標準。因此，使用degree一詞，就有些多余，可以刪去。

“透明”的第一個意思指“能夠透過光線”。英語可以譯為transparent。例如：1. 水是無色透明的液體。Water is a colourless transparent liquid.

“透明”的第二個意思是比喻“公開，不隱蔽”。英語可以譯為transparent。例如：2. 透明的招標做法使得政府采購更加規(guī)范。The transparent bidding practice makes the government purchasing more regulated.

“透明度”或“透明性”的第一個意思是“物體能夠透過光線的程度”。英語可以譯為transparency, transparence, diaphaneity。例如：3. 水晶一般都有很高的透明度。這塊水晶尤其有很高級別的透明度。Crystal in general has a very high transparency. This piece of crystal in particular has a very high degree of transparency.

“透明度”的第二個意思是比喻“事情公開的程度”，即“公開性”。英語可以譯為transparency, diaphaneity, openness。例如：4. 政府應該提高決策的透明度。The government should improve the transparency in decision-making.

“不透明”，可以譯為opaque。例如：6. 這道磚墻是不透明的。The brick wall is opaque.

“半透明”，可以譯為translucent, semi-transparent。例如：7. 瓷器總是半透明的，而陶器是不透明的。Whereas porcelain is always translucent, pottery is opaque.▲
