譯文共欣賞 精彩相與析

【摘要】本文通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平2015年新年賀詞不同英文版例舉，比較不同的表達(dá)方法，探討翻譯的理想境界問(wèn)題。

2014年最后一天，習(xí)近平發(fā)表了2015年新年賀詞。習(xí)主席的新年賀詞樸實(shí)，真切，耐讀，可親，具體，實(shí)在。海內(nèi)外專家和媒體普遍認(rèn)為習(xí)主席新年賀詞貼近人民心理、回應(yīng)人民關(guān)切，平實(shí)、樸素的風(fēng)格讓人耳目一新。中國(guó)中央電視臺(tái)國(guó)際頻道（CCTV International下簡(jiǎn)稱CCTV）、中國(guó)國(guó)際廣播電臺(tái)（CRI）、外交部網(wǎng)站（Ministry of Foreign Affairs of PRC，下簡(jiǎn)稱MFA）等媒體都同時(shí)刊登了習(xí)主席新年賀詞的英文譯文，下面就以上媒體的不同譯文版本進(jìn)行比較，與大家共同學(xué)習(xí)和體會(huì)。

1.這一年，我們銳意推進(jìn)改革，啃下了不少硬骨頭，出臺(tái)了一系列重大改革舉措，許多改革舉措同老百姓的利益密切相關(guān)。

“推動(dòng)”出現(xiàn)兩種表達(dá)：pushed forward和promoted；

3.12月12日，南水北調(diào)中線一期工程正式通水。

CCTV：On the 12th of December，Phase 1 of the central route of Chinas South to North water diversion project went into operation.

4.沿線40多萬(wàn)人移民搬遷，為這個(gè)工程作出了無(wú)私奉獻(xiàn)，我們要向他們表示敬意，希望他們?cè)谛碌募覉@生活幸福。

5.我們加大反腐敗斗爭(zhēng)力度，以零容忍的態(tài)度嚴(yán)懲腐敗分子，顯示了反腐懲惡的堅(jiān)定決心。

CCTV：We have enhanced our efforts to fight against corruption and punished corrupt officials with a zero-tolerance attitude.This has demonstrated our strong determination in our anti-corruption campaign.

歸納：“加大反腐敗斗爭(zhēng)力度”出現(xiàn)三種譯法：1）have enhanced our efforts to fight against corruption； 2）stepped up our efforts in our crackdown on corruption； 3）have stepped up the fight against corruption；
